Hanging the Lights (Anyone)

Chris was visiting his dad. He grew up in that neighborhood so he knew a lot of the neighbors. After spending a few hours talking to his dad, he decided he wanted to get out, maybe catch a glimpse of the neighborhood to see what’s changed if anything has. He walked in blue jeans and a white shirt, and a leather jacket to save him from the cold weather. From a glimpse he saw one of his neighbors struggling with their Christmas lights. Being the genuine guy he was he offered to help her.

She thanked him graciously as Chris began hanging the lights at the top of the house. He was up on a ladder so he had to make it a routine of going up and down since the owner of the house took it upon herself to go back inside while he did all the work “This is what I get for being too nice” he said to himself, looking around for a tool he needed. He saw it on a ground and rolled his eyes before he saw someone walking by “HEY! Excuse me! Mind doing me a favor?” he asked

Molly had been visiting her brother so that she could drop off her niece and nephew's presents off. Luckily the walk from his house wasn't all that far away from her mother's house where she was staying for a few days whilst Adam was finishing his tour.
Molly looked up and saw someone shouting for her.
"SURE!" she shouted back "Whaddya need?"

"Those little nails" he said pointing

"Of course!" Molly walked over and picked them up before climbing part way up the ladder.

"Thank You!" he smiled taking them from her "This is what I get for helping my old neighbors"

"Not had the pleasure of that feeling this year."

"Lucky you"

"You can say that again."
