Training for the gold (Rai/JoMo)

JoMo walked into the gym and looked around. He noticed that his friend and tag partner was nowhere to be seen. He sat his bag down and started stretching.

Rai walked into the gym looking forward to the training her and Nitro were going to do. She saw Nitro stretching. "Hey Nitro what's up?" Rai asked as she sat her gym bag down.

"Not much waiting for your little butt to get here." Nitro said as he straightened and hugged her tightly. "God girl I've missed you."

"Missed you too Nitro." Rai then pulled away. "You wouldn't believe the things that I learned and saw." Rai said as she tied her hair back. "I also took the opportunity to learn more fighting styles. They will definitely help give us an edge on the competition."

"That's cool and I'm glad you found the peace you were looking for." Nitro said as he looked down at her. "We missed you around here. The big guy wasn't the same."

Rai nodded. "I know it's been awhile but I'm stronger now. Mentally, physically, and emotionally." Rai then looked at him with a smile. "Ready for a workout Nitro?"

"You bet your tiny little butt I am." He said as he went to where some mats were laying on the ground. He took his shoes off and tied his hair back. "Want to work on some choreography for double teaming?"

Rai nodded and took her shoes off. "You bet your sexy abs I do."

"Someone say sexy abs?" Elle asked.

Rai smiled. "Yeah Nitro's abs." Rai laughed at the confused look on Nitro's face. "Elle has never seen us train together so I told her to come check us out." Nitro nodded. "You're in for a treat." He got on the matt. Rai got on and bowed slightly.

"Ooh, can't wait to see." Elle said.

Nitro returned it and then went to kick Rai. She blocked it then did a roundhouse. Nitro flipped back then flipped her over his body. Rai landed on her feet and used the momentum to make Nitro land on his back.

"Wooo Whoo! Go Rai!" Elle exclaimed.

Nitro did a kick back like Shawn and kicked Rai. She flipped out of the way and landed in a split. Nitro laughed and shook his head. "Okay now that we are warmed up let's get serious."

"Wait, that was only a warm up?" Elle asked.

Rai nodded. Nitro smiled widely. "Like I said you're in for a treat." He walked towards the ring. Rai followed. "I'm a highflyer unlike Nitro even though he has a lot of good moves."

"Oh goodness....I have no idea what I just walked into." Elle said, chuckling.

Rai smiled. "Nope. Go ahead and sit down." Rai then bounced off the ropes landing Falling Stars. Nitro landed on his back. "Damn that hurts."

Elle chuckled as she sat down on a bench by the ring.

"I love you Nitro." "Sure you do Rai."

"I think she really means it." Elle said.

Nitro got up. "I know but I know she loves to hurt me more." Rai smiled then went to spear him. He moved out of the way. "A little slow Rai." She straightened and did a Moonsault off the ropes.

Elle chuckled.

"That's usually how it works when it comes to girls and their guyfriends. I'm the same way with Randy." Elle said.

"Nice moonsault." Elle said.

Rai nodded then got on the turnbuckle. She smirked then did a Whisper in the Wind. "Shit." Nitro said as he landed. Rai laughed. "Wish Randy was here so that I can beat him up."

"I think Randy knew better than to show up." Elle said.
