Talk It Out (Randy/Courtney)

Courtney walked into McDonald's with Kayla, Jake, and held Max. Randy and her decided to meet here to talk about everything while the kids played on the play ground area. She sat down at a table with Max on her lap as Jake and Kayla ran off to the slides.

Randy sat across from Courtney.

"Hey." Courtney said.

"Hey." Randy said.

"You wanted to talk so talk." Courtney said.

"We need to fix this, either we're together or not. And if not, I don't want you taking the kids away from me." Randy said.

"Well if we weren't together why shouldn't I take my kids away from you? All that would happen is them being dropped off at your parents' house when you travel." Courtney said.

"We could work something out, I'm not gone all the time." Randy said.

"I don't want to work something out...I just want to be with you. I miss you so much." Courtney said.

"Then why didn't you just say that. I didn't want any of that." Randy said

"Because I don't know if after everything we can go back to the same loving relationship we once had." Courtney said.

"Of course we can Court." Randy said.

"I don't know. Not with the crap you said to me. You expect me to stay home all the time and I can't do that." Courtney said.

"I never said that, you jumped to that conclusion. I just didn't want you gone for that long while, I'm gone too. It's bad enough I can't be there but the kids love being around you. I just wanted you to be able to work something out so that you wouldn't be gone for five months straight." Randy said. "But as usual, you never give me a chance to explain before you jump down my damn throat."

Courtney sighed then nodded, understanding what Randy was saying.

"I'm sorry." Courtney said.

"And then, that's when you went on your fucking rampage." Randy said.

"Randy shut up about that. You didn't help matters at all by doing the same thing." Courtney said.

"I never once called you a horrible mother or said any of the things you said to me." Randy said. "So, that's how you really feel about my parenting skills?"

"No I don't. I said...a bunch of bull that I didn't mean." Courtney said.

Randy nodded, leaning back in his seat.

"I'm just pissed that all this got turned around on me when really, you started this Court." Randy said.

"I'm really sorry babe. I did start it." Courtney said.

"It's alright..." Randy said.

Courtney just shook her head before she got up and went to order food.

Randy sighed and ran his hand over his head.

Courtney ordered the food then sat back down then looked down.
