Making The Deal

Allie nodded, walking into the booth and getting herself set up. Once she was finished she looked up and smiled, "I'm ready."

Adam nodded then flipped the switch would begin the recording and signaled to Allie she could start.

Allie nodded before she started singing.

Allie finished and looked up at Adam and Courtney through the window, smiling a little.

Both Courtney and Adam started clapping their hands, smiling at Allie. Adam then pressed a button to allow him to speak into the recording booth.

"Allie you can come out now." Adam said.

Allie's smile grew as they clapped for her, "Okay." She said before taking off her head set and walking out.

"I thought that was excellent, one of the best teenage singers I've ever had come in here." Adam said, grinning ear to ear.

"You did amazing sweetie." Courtney said with a smile.

Allie blushed a little and grinned at their compliments, "Thank you."

"Alright, well I'm ready to get you signed to that contract. You ready to sign it?" Adam asked.

Allie nodded eagerly. "Uh huh!" She responded happily.

"Alright, back to the office." Adam said with a smile as he stood up and put the recording into a case so he could take it with him.

Courtney smiled then stood up from her seat and went over to Allie to give her a hug.

"I'm so proud of you." Courtney said.

Allie smiled and hugged Courtney back, "Thank you." She said.

"You're welcome." Courtney said before giggling. "Now let's get you back to that office, I'm so excited to see you sign that dotted line."

Allie giggled along with her. She nodded happily and grinned, "Okay!" She squealed excitedly and turned, making her way back into the office.

Courtney walked with Allie back to Adam's office then sat down in the seat she had occupied before.

"Alright, sign here." Adam said as he folded back some documents then set the contract onto the desk in front of Allie along with a pen.

Allie took a deep breathe before grabbing the pen in front of her, clicking it open, then making her signature on the dotted line. When she finished, Allie put there pen down and looked up at the two, smiling widely. "Yay, I'm done."

"Congratulations Allie, you're officially part of RCA Records." Adam said with a smile.

"Yay!" Courtney exclaimed as she clapped her hands.

"Weeee!" Allie giggled, standing up and hugging Courtney tightly.

Courtney hugged Allie back just as tightly then smiled at her.

"I can't wait for you to tell the family and Elle that you got signed. They're going to be just as proud of you as I am." Courtney said.

"I know!" Allie said brightly, "Thank you Madre, for giving me this opportunity."

"You're welcome but don't give me all the credit, your voice sealed the deal." Courtney said.

Allie blushed a little, "Well you helped me find my voice."

"I'm happy I could do that for you because you really are incredibly talented. It would have been a shame to see that go to waste." Courtney said.

"Well...yeah." Allie said, standing a little on her toes and bouncing a little happily.

Courtney chuckled.

"Why don't we go out and celebrate?" Courtney suggested. "We can do whatever you want."

"Let's go get Chinese and sleep!" Allie said, smiling happily. "Then we'll do something else this evening."
