The Girl Next Door.

Jordan greeted the doorman as he walked into the building of his apartment. He had been on set all morning and was looking to relax a little. Jordan got to his door, and searched high and low for his house key. He searched through his bags, and through every pocket that were on his clothes but he couldn’t find them “Shit!” she said remembering that he saw it on his dressing room table earlier, figuring that’s where he left it accidentally. He sighed and decided he really didn’t feel like catching a cab all the way back to set, and to get another key from the landlord was a fifty buck penalty that he didn’t really see the point in paying at the moment.

Jordan looked around and suddenly remembered that he was close to his next door neighbor. He walked over to the door and knocked waiting for her to answer and when she did he said: “You know what’s so great about having a next door neighbor you love? She’ll let you stay in her apartment until you stop being lazy enough to go get your keys from set” he smiled pushing through the door and passing her…

Brie answered the door and went to respond before Jordan started talking. Brie smirked and chuckled, "But thats the case only when 'SHE' loves you back." Brie joked, closing the door and folding her arms across her chest.

"Lost your key again, huh?" Brie asked.

"No" he shook his head "I just left them on set... I think!... I hope!"

"AKA, you lost them." Brie said with a chuckle.

"I prefer misplaced them"

"Whatever you say Jordan."

"Back at you Briana" he teased

Brie smiled, "Well make yourself comfortable, I was about to cook something."

"Will do!" he said laying down on the couch "What are you about to cook?"

"Well what do you want?" Brie asked from the kitchen.

"I've never really seen you make anything but popcorn. What can you cook?" he teased

"Well popcorn is only a delicacy." Brie joked, "I was going to make spaghetti, and unless you want something else that's what you're getting."

"Spaghetti is fine" nodded "And try not to burn this place down this time" he chuckled grabbing the remote

"It would be nice if you helped me! Since you know..you're staying in my house for the night."

"You are a really bad hostess. You aren't suppose to put your guests to work"

"But you love me, so you have to help me." Brie said, walking back into the living room with a grin.

"Fine!" he said getting up

Brie squealed happily and smiled. "Thank you love."

"Yeah yeah!" he joked "What's first?"

"You can make the noodles while I ground the beef." Brie said with a smile.

"Okay" he said going over to the cabinet "So where's the twin?"

"At her own place." She chuckled, "Believe it or not, we're individuals."

"I know" he chuckled "But, I haven't seen her around here lately so I asked"

"Yeah, but you like me better right?"

"Some days..." he joked
