First Appointment (John/Elle)

John pulled away from her when he heard the doctor walk into the room

"Damn it." She mutters under her breath, smiling when the doctor comes in.

"You must be Eleanor." The doctor says.

Elle nods her head. "That would be me, but call me Elle."

"Okay Elle and is this the father?" He asks, looking at John.

"Yes sir. I'm John Cena." He says

The doctor smiles at John. "From what I can tell Elle, you're about six weeks pregnant."

Elle nods her head.

"I'm going to draw some blood today in order to run some tests, go through some routine procedure, and we'll see if there's a heartbeat." He says. "Any questions?"

"What kind of procedures?" John asked

"Check her blood pressure, heart, lungs, chest. The usual." The doctor says.

John nodded sighing on the inside

"I need you to come with me real quick so we can take some blood then we'll be right back." The doctor says.

Elle nods her head, pecking John on the lips before following the doctor out of the room.

John watched her walk out of the room. He sat down and waited for her to come back.

Elle comes back twenty minutes later with the doctor.

"Now to the fun stuff." The doctor says. "You mind laying down for me and lifting up your shirt for me Elle?"

Elle lays down doing as the doctor says as the doctor puts some gel on her stomach and gets the ultrasound ready.

John walks over to Elle and grabs her hand.

Elle smiles at John and squeezes his hand.

"We won't be able to see the baby or tell the sex just yet, but here is the heartbeat." The doctor says.

Elle smiles widen when she hears it.

"So far so good Elle." The doctor says.

John's mouth fell open and tears rolled down his face.

"I'll give you two a minute, I'll go check on the results of the tests." The doctor says after cleaning off Elle's stomach.

Elle hugs John, wiping his tears away.

"That was our baby." He says leaning his forehead to hers

Elle nods her head, looking John in the eyes.

"You just gave me the greatest gift ever." Elle says, smiling.

"No your giving me the greatest gift by being with and having my baby." He says

"I wouldn't want to be with or do this with anyone else but you John." Elle says.

"I love you so much."

"I love you too and I always will." Elle says.

John kissed her then he bent down to her belly.

"Daddy loves you too."

Elle puts her hand on her stomach.

"He's going to have the best daddy ever." Elle says.

"And he is going to have the best mommy ever!" John says smiling at her

"Wow, this is really happening." Elle says.

"Yes it is."
