Disappointed (Anyone)

Chris was with his dad Dave Batista for the weekend. The two had a day of hanging out, they went to breakfast, then went out to the beach for the day, and later the two had plans to go to a basketball game later that night, but plans were about to change.
“Chris?” Dave said coming into Chris’ room in their hotel suite
“What’s up?” he answered as he was getting ready for the game
“Bad News buddy, I just got a call and I have a last minute business appearance in New York, and I have to be on a red eye tonight” Batista broke the news
“So no game?”
“Sorry bud, but we’ll reschedule. I promise”
Chris stood in silence. He knew it was out of his dad’s hands and he love the fact that his dad was a wrestler, but he missed him. He was actually beginning to bond with his dad and now, like always he had to leave.
“Chris, you okay?” Dave asked
“Oh yeah” he lied “Business is business”
“Look, I know you’re disappointed”
“Please dad I’m 17, you’ve been disappointing me since I was five I’m use to it!” Chris bitterly said as Dave was a bit taken back by the statement.
“Chris…”
“Dad chill, its fine!” Chris said quickly heading to the door
Chris tried to exit in a hurry before her dad could catch up but exiting in such a rush caused him to bump into someone, outside their hotel room. “Shoot, I’m sorry” he said before looking up and realizing who it was….

"Oh...Hi Chris." Izzy said as she was in a hotel with her father. She was now 6 months pregnant and growing. She was going for a short walked to keep her stress level down.
