Summer BBQ Party (Everyone)

Courtney laughed as she helped her mother in law in the kitchen as they prepared a potato salad for the bbq she was holding at her and Randy's house. It was summer and she hadn't seen her friends in a while with all the excitement going on with X-Factor so she figured this would be a nice way to get everyone together. Randy's dad was taking care of the grill and his mom was helping Courtney with the side dishes. This was going to be a pretty casual day so she was dressed in jean shorts, a white t-shirt, and a pair of sandals. The kids were in the backyard playing on the slip n' slide that she put up outside for them and any little kids that were coming, there was also the option to go on the moonbounce she rented.

She excused herself from Elaine briefly to put some snacks on the table outside as well as fill up the cooler with drinks. Sodas and juice for the kids; wine, and beer for the adults. Courtney chuckled when she noticed how fun the kids were having then went back inside when she heard the doorbell. She opened the door and smiled at the person (or people) at the door.

"Hey! Come on in!" Courtney exclaimed, opening the door wider to allow him/her/them in.

Nikki had been looking forward to catching up with Courtney and meeting some new people. Plus she had seen this as an opertunity to introduce Andy to everyone. Andy pulled up outside Randy's house and got out the car. Nikki grabbed the booze out the back and walked up to the door with Andy. Andy put his arm around Nikki and knocked on the door. They both smiled when Courtney answered the door.

"Hey!" Nikki smiled "This is Andy."
"We brought more booze." Andy laughed.

Behind Andy followed Lucky, along with Jay, Izzy and her daughter Shiloh. Lucky was carrying a bottle of Tullamore dew (Irish Whiskey). Izzy carried Shiloh in her carrier and Jay carried a platter of brownies that Izzy had prepared the night before.

"Hey, Nikki!" Lucky smiled

"Hey Courtney!" Lucky said with a smile, "You know, Jay. And I don't know if you know Adam Copeland's daughter Izzy?"

"Nice to meet you Andy. There's two coolers outside on a table, one's for the kids and another is for the adults. I'm sure you'll be able to recognize which one to put the booze in." Courtney said with a chuckle.

She then turned her head to Lucky and greeted her before looking at Izzy.

"I've spoken to her a little bit on Central but no I've never actually met her, nice to meet you Izzy." She said, the smile still on her face.

"Hey Lucky! Not seen you for it a bit." Nikki smiled.
"Won't make that mistake." Andy laughed as he took the bottles and cans from Nikki.

Lucky chuckled a bit, "It has been quite awhile."

"Nice to meet you too." Izzy smiled back

"Well you guys make yourselves at home. Randy's dad, Bob, is going to start up the grill in a little bit but in the mean time I put some snacks out for everyone to munch on." Courtney said.

"And Izzy the kids are playing outside if your daughter wants to join them."

"Alright, thanks, we'll join in a little bit." Izzy smiled

Lauren entered behind the group dressed in this. She smiled when she saw Courtney. "Hey Courtney." she smiled as she hugged her.

Nikki walked through into the garden with Andy.

Courtney's smile widened when she saw Lauren then hugged her tightly.

"Lauren! It's so great to see you, I feel like it's been forever." Courtney said.

"I know. I've been busy lately do its been hard getting around to seeing you."

Skye pulled up outside Courtney's house. It had been a very long time since they had spoken and last time they had Skye had still been married. She looked over to Rick who smiled.
"It'll be alright sweetheart don't worry." Rick said holding her hand.
"I'm just really worried about seeing everyone again, what are they gonna think about me?" Skye said.
"Let them think what they want. I love you that's all that matters." Rick smiled. Skye smiled back and turned to Lilly who was sat in the back of the car.
"You ready to go sweetie?" Rick asked.
"Yep!" Lilly replied before getting out the car along with Skye and Rick. They walked up to the door.
"Hey Courtney!" Skye smiled.

"I understand what you're saying, since beginning X-Factor I've been pretty busy myself. Which is why I decided to get everyone together today." Courtney said before turning her attention to Skyla when she heard her name being called.

It didn't take long before she noticed an unfamiliar man standing next to her friend. She heard some rumors that Skyla and Jeff weren't together anymore but never got around to finding out if they were true or not. Of course though whatever the case she didn't have the right to pass judgement and she wasn't planning on doing so anyway.

"Hey, it's good to see you!" Courtney paused before turning her attention to the man once again. "Who's your friend?"

"It's nice to see you too." Skyla smiled. "This is Rick, he's my boyfriend, and this is his daughter Lilly, she's 10." Skyla smiled again.
"Nice to meet you." Rick smiled.

"It's nice to meet you both, please come on in." Courtney said with a smile as she stepped back and pulled the door open wider.

Skyla smiled and went inside holding Rick's hand.

"I've got some snacks and drinks out on a table outside if you want a little something before dinner." Courtney said before pausing for a second. "Oh and the kids are playing out there as well, Lilly, if you would like to join them."

"Hey, Cass." Lucky smiled and waved

"Thanks Courtney," Skyla smiled "Go on sweetie." Skye said as Lilly ran over to the others. "Hey Lucky, not seen you for a bit."

"Izzy!!!!!" Allie yelled from upstairs, running down the steps in order to squeeze her heavily until she seen the baby she was holding. "Oh. Hi baby." She said, looking down at it.

"I know, it has been quite awhile." Lucky said

Izzy smiled lightly, "Hi Allie. This is Shiloh."

Allie smiled down at Shiloh and looked back up at Isabella, "She looks just like him.." She whispered.

Izzy nodded, "I know..." she sighed

"So is this Izzy's baby?"
