Families Find Away!!!!

Riley and Evan have been split for almost two months and everything seemed to be going well expect Riley didnt know how to tell her father about the whole thing. Of course Evan would come and pick up the kids, but she had always had someone there with her when he came because she couldnt be alone with him. She had been making it on her own just fine with Matthew and Destiny, she had gotten a job working with Brittiany. Her seemed to be going smoothly, but she couldnt help, but miss Evan. They have been together for so long, but she knew that this was for the best.

This was the first time that she had been home and Brittiany had been staying with her since she didnt want to be at her parents house. Riley was going threw the mail when she heard the door bell ring. She went to the door and opened it just to see....

"Hey Riley." Jane says with a smile.

Eric smiles going over and hugging Riley.

"Hey." She says surprise to see them hugging them back

Brittiany walks down the stairs

"We just wanted to stop by and visit everyone." Jane says.

"Hey sweetie." Jane says, seeing Brittiany come from downstairs.

"Hey mom and dad." Brittiany says walking over to them

Riley still confused

"Well you told us there was something you needed to talk to us about." Eric says, looking at Brittiany.

Riley looked over at Brittiany

"Yeah your son lefted his family." Brittiany says

Riley runs into the kitchen

"What?" Eric asks.

Jane follows Riley into the kitchen.

"Yeah dad he hung out with another girl and now he says he is confused on who he loves." Brittiany says following her mother

Riley sits at the table trying hard not to cry

"How long has he been away? He hasn't mentioned any of this to us." Eric says walking with her.

Jane goes over and hugs Riley.

"Almost two months." Riley says trying not to cry hugging Jane back

"What are you going to do with him?" Brittiany asked sitting on the other side of Riley

Jane rubs her back.

"I don't know, Evan's not much of a talker when he needs his space." Eric replies.

"Dad look at her. She loves him more than anything and yet he didnt even put of a fight two months ago." Brittiany says

Riley just starts crying all over again

"I don't know what you want me to say, Britt. Evan cares about her, he's just...confused." Eric says.

"Why are all men in this family say crap like that. Evan has two kids with her and I swear if he leaves her for the french bitch I will kill him myself." Brittiany says

"Stop I'm doing just fine without him." Riley says

"Exactly, Evan has more established with Riley than he does that other woman. This is just something that he'll pass, everyone doubts their relationship from time to time, he loves Riley..he'll come back to her." Eric says.

"We know you're doing fine, but we also know that you miss him." Jane says.

"Dad its just not fair for him to do this her when she has been threw so much already." Brittiany says

"I'm trying to get past this because I havent even talked to Evan." She says

"And I know this, but we can't do anything to control the situation. Evan and Riley are going to figure this out." Eric says.

"Have you tried?" Jane asks.

Brittiany shakes her head

"No...I cant bring myself to face him. Plus he is always with Courtney and Kayla and she hates me." Riley says

"I never liked her." Brittiany mutter

"What's he doing over there?" Jane asks.

"That is where he has been staying I guess. All I know is she hates me because I was close to Randy and now I cant have anything to do with him. She also thinks that I have a crush on Ted when I dont he is the one with a crush on me. SO she lets him stay over there and he comes to see Matthew and Destiny maybe once a week." Riley says

"See." Brittiany says

"Wow, I had no idea all of that was going on." Eric says.

"Maybe you need to get Evan alone then, away from everyone so that you two can talk." Jane says.

"Its hard to do that when I cant call over there and his phone is always cut off." Riley says


"I cant stand my brother right now." Brittiany says

"He'll call you then, I know Evan." Jane says.

"He's still your brother Britt, everyone makes mistakes." Eric says.

"Doubt." Riley says getting up and going to the fridge

"I dont care. Riley is the best thing that has happen to him and he wants to be like this to her. Dad I love her like a sister and I want her to be in our family." Brittiany says

Riley gives her a weak smile
