Another Surgery (John/Elle)

"Cant move my neck too much yet."

"Anything I can do?" Elle asks.

"No babe. Its just sore from the surgrey."

"How long is this going to last." Elle says.

"I dont know."

Elle nods her head, touching the bandage that was on John's neck.

John flenches a little

"Oh sorry." Elle says, moving her hand.

"Its okay."

Elle nods her head, hearing her phone ring.

"Elaine must be here, I'll be right back." Elle says, getting up from the bed.

"Okay."

Elle walks out of the room.

John lays there as he turns the tv on

Elle walks in a couple minutes later, holding Anthony's hand.

"Dad!" Anthony says, running up to the bed.

Elle comes behind Anthony, picking him up and setting him on the bed.

"Are you okay?" Anthony asks, hugging John.

"Yeah bud. I'm fine." He says hugging him back

"I'm going to kick the Big Show's ass for hurting you." Anthony says.

"Anthony don't say ass." Elle says.

John chuckles

"Anthony your mother is right about saying ass, but thanks for making me feel better."

"But you say it all the time on T.V." Anthony says. "And you're welcome."

"that is because I'm acting out as my character."

Anthony sighs, crossing his arms over his chest.

"I'm still beating up the Big Show." He mutters.

"Okay. I'll be there with you." John says

"No you won't, you're hurt." Anthony says. "Plus, I can handle him."

"He has my ego...AND I LOVE IT." John says

"I have his what?" Anthony asks, confused.

Elle shakes her head, rolling her eyes.

"Daddy means you're just like him." She says.

"Oh...cool." Anthony says, smiling widely.

"But neither one of you are stepping foot into that ring with the Big Show. I'll be crushed if my two guys get hurt." Elle replies.

"Gesh mom, I'll be fine." Anthony says.

"Yeah your such a joykill." John says smiling
