A Bit Out Of Character (Anyone)

Rai walked in and looked at a sale's clerk. "Who is in charge for selling the Corvette?" "I am." "Good I want to buy it." The clerk got a big smile. "Well ladies right this way."

Elle followed the salesclerk.

Rai followed and sat down. The clerk went ot get paperwork. "Bet he thinks I'm an idiot who knows nothing about cars and tries to bump up the price."

"You know how to prove him wrong." Elle said as she sat down next to Rai.

"I'm around men all the time some of whom are obsessed with cars." Rai watched the clerk come back.

"You're coming with me then when I get John's car." Elle said.

"No problem."

Elle nodded her head.

"So the Corvette is $5,200." Rai shook her head. "Try again I saw the sticker price." "These are for upgrades and taxes." "I want it as is and taxes aren't that much."

Elle looked at the two of them.

"Ma'am I believe you don't know what you're talking about." "Fine I'll take my business elsewhere." Rai went to leave. "Fine add two hundred to sticker price." Rai smiled then sat down.

Elle shook her head.

Rai signed the paperwork and signed a cashier check. He handed the keys over. "Thank you." She then walked out.

Elle followed Rai out.

Rai looked at Elle. "Which one you want to drive. I gotta drop this off at my friend's shop."

"I'll drive the Hummer and follow you." Elle said.

"Ok." Rai got in the Corvette and turned it on. "Ooh purr baby purr."

Elle got into the Hummer and started it.

Rai started to drive towards the shop.

Elle followed behind Rai.

Rai pulled up to the shop and whistled. "Yo Nikkis!" A built guy with short black hair and blue eyes came out. "Hey Rai it's good to see you and wow look at this beauty."

Elle parked next to the Corvette and got out.

"It's Jeff's anniversary gift. Got work for you also this is my friend Elle. Elle this is Nikkis. My car guy."

"Hi Nikkis." Elle said.

"Hello Elle." He looked her up and down. "Don't even think about it Nikkis."
