Rai nodded and let the dogs back in.

Elle set the plate she had on a table nearby,

Rai put the plates in the sink.

Elle scribbled a few more things down before she got up.

"Have fun."

"Tons, once I get started there's no stopping me." Elle said.

Rai smiled. "Jeff does that with music."

Elle nodded her head.

"Shopping and being able to be creative usually does that to me." Elle said.

Rai smiled.

Elle nodded her head as she pet Rex.

He laid his head on her knee.

Elle smiled as she pet the top of Rex's head.

"He makes me miss Rocky, the dog Randy and I used to share." Elle said.

"I'm sorry."

"It's fine, I see him from time to time. But that dog has always been attached to Randy by the hip." Elle said.

"Ever think of getting a dog with John?"

"Hm, idea never popped into my head." Elle said.

Rai laughed. "Jeff loves dogs so this was a natural step for us."

"Isn't it supposed to be like have a pet to share before you have kids or something like that? Cause if that's the case, Cena and I went backwards." Elle said.

Rai laughed and shrugged. "Who knows."

Elle nodded her head, laughing.

Rai looked at the list. "I can cook if you would like."

"Rai, you've done enough. I'm getting the food catered." Elle said.

"I like to cook figured I would offer."

"I know you do Rai, but you seriously are doing so much already. You need a break that day." Elle said.
