Shopping For The Little One (Dave/Elle)

Elle smiled widely as Dave and her walked into one of the stores. Elle refused to let Dave screw up shopping for his new baby and she wanted her little niece to be the most stylish baby of them all.

"You're so lucky you have me as a friend Dave." Elle said, linking arms with Dave as she looked around.

"Trust me I'm very very lucky. I could never do this myself." Dave said.

"I know, you're daughter would have no sense of style if it was left up to you." Elle said.

"She wouldn't. The poor girl." Dave said.

Elle shook her head as she picked out some clothes.

"Remind me why we're friends again?" Elle asked. "Cause I bring a lot more to this friendship than you do."

"Hey that's not true." Dave said.

"Fine. What do you contribute?" Elle asked.

"I don't know." Dave said.

Elle rolled her eyes, shoving some clothes in Dave's chest.

"You're a pain sometimes." Dave muttered.

"How am I a pain?" Elle asked.

"I'll think of a reason later." Dave said.

"You won't because I'm awesome." Elle said.

"Okay you are." Dave said with a chuckle.

Elle smiled widely, handing some more clothes to Dave.

"Told you." Elle said.

"You're always right." Dave said with a smile.

"Glad someone realizes that." Elle said.

"It's because you're my favorite friend." Dave said.

"Aw Dave." Elle said.

"It's true." Dave said with a smile.

"You always know when to say the best things." Elle said.

"I know but I like to make you feel special because you are." Dave said.

"I'm really not, but thanks Dave." Elle said.

"You are special." Dave said.

"Thank you Dave." Elle said, hugging Dave.
