Need You Now (Jason/Tiffany)

Jason had never felt so horrible in his life. His body burned from an excessively high fever. Sweat poured off of every inch of his pale skin, though he shivered from chills. He glanced at the clock sighing when he saw the time on it’s screen. 2:45. Tiffany wasn't due back from her appearance until four.

He hadn’t thought anything of it when he woke up that morning with a nagging burning sensation in the back of his throat, but since Jay had left it had become increasingly worse. Jason could barely speak now and he was finding himself incredibly queasy. He’d practically lived on the bathroom floor for the past two hours as round after round of retching racked his aching form. Still, there he was lying on the cold, tiled, bathroom floor, resting his head on the side of the bathtub. He reached for his cell phone as it sat on the sink counter top. Holding it weakly in his hand he battled with the decision of whether or not to call Tiffany and ask her to come home.

“I know the minute he finds out I’m like this he’ll drag me right to that stupid hospital,” Jason thought. “There’s no way I’m going to the hospital, no way in hell.”

Tiffany called Jason. "Hey babe ill be over shortly, I just have to do something, kay".

"Alright," Jason suppressed a cough as he tried to hide how horrible he felt.

"love you, byee". she hung up

Jason crawled form where he lie on the bathroom floor and drug himself to bed.

Tiffany got there 20 minutes later. "Jason, Jason where are you", she called

"Up...stairs," Jason coughed weakly.

Tiffany ran upstairs. "hey are you doing any better", Tiffany asked touching his arm.

Jason shook his head.

"aww, do you need anything right now"? Tiffany asked

"You," Jason coughed.

"if you were not sick, I would kiss you right now". Tiffany said

Jason smiled a little.

"Lay with me?" Jason asked.

"whatever you want". Tiffany said as she layed next to him.

Jason smiled, weakly wrapping an arm around her.

"im sorry you dont feel well". Tiffany said

"It happens," Jason said.

Tiffany leaned her head on his shoulder

"I'm glad you're here," Jason said.

"so am I," tiffany said

"I love you," Jason coughed.

"I love you too". Tiffany said as she kissed him on the cheek

Jason closed his eyes

Tiffany sighed

"Gonna sleep for a little bit," Jason said.
