John's Surprise Birthday Party (Everyone)

"Okay fine." John said.

"I'm sure you'll be able to survive if you missed a business call John." Elle said.

"No I won't." John said.

"Why not?" Elle asked.

"Vince will kill me if it's him." John said.

"Fine, I hope you and Vince have an amazing day together." Elle said, shoving John's phone in his chest before she got off of him and walked out of the room after she grabbed her shirt.

"Elle!" John yelled before he ran after Elle.

Elle walked down the stairs and went into the living room.

"Elle please come back upstairs." John said.

"Call Vince and tell him to come upstairs with you since he's the one your obviously more concerned with at the moment." Elle said, grabbing a pair of sweatpants from the laundry room and slipping them on.

"No I need you." John said.

"No you don't, you're too worried about getting your ass chewed out by Vince to need me." Elle said.

"No I'm not. Please come back up here." John said.

"Nope." Elle said.

"Yes." John said.

Elle crossed her arms over her chest as she looked up at John who was still upstairs.

"I'm not coming up there." Elle said.

John walked downstairs then went over to Elle and picked her up. He put her over his shoulder before walking to the stairs.

"John! Put me down! I'm mad at you." Elle said, kicking her legs.

"But I love you." John said.

"So, you still put work before me." Elle said.

"I do not." John said.

"Yes you do, you just did." Elle said.

"No I don't." John said.

"Yeah you do. You proved it right now when you weren't willing to get yelled out by Vince to spend an entire day with me without interruptions. Which is kind of messed up since you and I rarely get any alone time together." Elle said. "Now put me down."

John put Elle down on their bed then shut the bedroom door.

"You're staying in here with me." John said.
