Before the Show

Dolph pulled luggage down the narrow hallway of the current arena the blue crew was performing in that night. He hadn't checked the board to see if he was being used, which secretly he was hoping he wasn't.

He wanted a break, and if wasn't being used tonight, he wanted to be in his hotel room, under the covers asleep.

He stopped when he reached the board, his hand clutched on the handle of his luggage.

"Sweet!" he said quietly under his breath.

His name wasn't on the schedule.

Mickie carried in her luggage down the hall and brought it into her lockerroom. She came back out to check out the board. there wasnt anything important tonight.

"nothing for you either huh?" he said noticing that Mickie had joined him in looking at the board.

"Nah, i'm on break, just checking to see if there was anything exciting", Mickie said

"Same here" he said.

"Looks as if I'm going back to meet my pillow at the hotel"

"your not staying", Mickie asked

"No. Since I have nothing on tonights show, I thought I catch up on my zzzz's"

"aww man, I was hoping that I could find someone to hangout with", Mickie said giving him a puppydog face.

Dolph shrugged, "Maybe I can stay a little longer"

"I mean you dont have to, if you dont want to", Mickie said

"I can" he said, "What's five or so minutes gonna hurt?"

"thanks", Mickie said smiling.

"you're welcome Mickie" he said.

"Well, what do you wanna do, cause I was just gonna hangout in my lockerroom", Mickie said

"I don't know. I was just gonna sleep" he chuckled.

"You asked me to stay. So you must've had something in mind"

"Well, we could hangout and talk", Mickie said

"That sounds doable"

"your lockerroom or mine", Mickie asked

"It doesn't matter" he said.

"You choose"

"You're is fine" he said.

"okay", Mickie said leading the way.

Dolph followed her.

they got there. Mickie opened the door.

Dolph entered after she did.

"Looks like a normal locker room"
