Courtney stepped out of the shower ten minutes later and put on a pair of jean shorts and a white shirt.

Courtney walked downstairs and went into the living room.

Courtney heard the doorbell then got up.

"I'll get it!" Courtney yelled.

She walked to the door then opened it and her eyes widened when she saw it was her dad.

"Well look at who it is." Derek said with a grin.

"Go. Please go away." Courtney muttered.

"I don't think so." Derek said with a glare.

"Randy!" Courtney screamed.

Derek ran over to Courtney and put a knife to her throat.

"Say one more thing and you're dead." Derek said.

Randy ran downstairs and glared when he saw Derke.

"Let her go." Randy said.

Courtney felt tears in her eyes when she heard what Derek said.

Randy glared at Derek but nodded slightly at his dog Rocky who was standing outside.

Rocky charged at Derek and bit hard into his leg.

Derek yelled out in pain then fell to the ground and tried to shake Rocky off him.

Courtney sunk down to the ground and leaned against a wall as she cried.

Randy quickly dialed 911 as he went over to Courtney.

Rocky bit down harder on Derek's leg.
