Chit Chat over Chinese Food (Elliot/Olivia)

"Bitch." Olivia muttered to herself.

She looked at Elliot with a sympathetic look on her face.

"I'm sorry." Olivia said.

"Yeah...I'm sorry too." Elliot said. "Maybe I shouldn't have focused too much on work...maybe we wouldn't be having problems...like now."

"El it's her fault not yours. She had no right at all to cheat on you." Olivia said.

"But it has to be something that's making her do that, right?" Elliot questioned. "I mean, I'm almost never home. I get home late at night when everyone is sleeping. Next morning I wake up and get back out...by the time they get up, I'm already vanished out of thin air...it's like I'm never even home at all." He sighed. "I've screwed up Liv, I screwed up big time."

"Elliot stop blaming yourself. It's not your fault. She knew what she was getting into when she married you and had kids with you." Olivia said.

Elliot just signed and buried his face into his hands.

Olivia got up then sat next to Elliot and rubbed his back.

"Everything will be okay." Olivia said.

He lowered his hands a bit so they only covered his mouth. "I don't know, Liv. Things are just...getting bleak by the second."

"You don't need Kathy, she wasn't good enough for you anyway." Olivia said.

"She was good enough for me before," Elliot said. "It's been nearly...20 years. Now all of this has gone down the drain. We were so happy...I was happy. Why did it all end?"

(sorry for disappearing earlier. My friend needed help with her English assignment and we had to use my laptop lol.)

"Because she cheated. It's her fault the marriage ended not yours." Olivia said.

He covered his face with his hands once again. Then, he softly cried.

Olivia hugged Elliot.

He buried his head into her shoulder and sniffed a bit. "I feel pathetic now."

"Don't. You're not one bit pathetic." Olivia said.

"I told myself I wouldn't cry...'cause if I do, I would just make want to cry even more." Elliot said.

"Let it out. Just let it out." Olivia said.

And let it out he did. His eyes leaked out tears as he cried on her shoulder.

Olivia rubbed Elliot's back.

"Thanks Liv," he whispered, sniffling a little.

"You're welcome, I'm always here for you." Olivia said.

He smiled at her weakly before looking down at his plate and started playing around with his noodles.

Olivia smiled back then started eating.

"So now that we have the weekend off, you made any plans yet?" Elliot asked as he rolled up the noodles with his fork.

"Nope, you?" Olivia asked.
