Solitary Drinking

Cody Garrett Rhodes steped into the bar, in jeans a white collared shirt with many colored stirpes. He had his hands in his pockets as he approached the counter, "Give me Tequilla shot" he order, sighing loudly.

Candace Verona walked into the club wearing a long black top, blue jeans, and a pair of black heels. She had her dark brown hair up as she walked over to the bar then sat down on a stool. Candace ordered a coke since she was still underage to drink. She then noticed a guy next to her.

"Hey." Candace said with a small smile.

Cody looked at the girl, "hey" he told, before getting his drink, and shoooting it down.

"I'm guessing you're having a hard night." Candace said.

Cody nodded, "Every night is a hard night for me"

Candace took a sip of her soda.

"Why do you say that?" Candace asked.

"Cause, I bet you didn't know this, but the world is gonna end soon" he said.

"Well scientist predicted that but it's not supposed to happen for another billion years. I think we're safe." Candace said.

"Well they're wrong" he told, "we are all gonna be wiped out by a volcano, yep it's true." he said, "I said it in WWE magazine and I'll say it again" he told.

Candace chuckled.

"I think you're a little paranoid." Candace said.

"Maybe I am" he said, "But you know, the worl sucks anyway, might as well end"

Candace chuckled.

"Well that's a bit negative." Candace said.

"I'm a negative person" he answered.

"Why is that?" Candace asked.

(Their little dance at the end cracks me up the most. lol)

"I don't know" he answered, "I guess I was just born like it"

"Well that's no way to live. Pretty much my whole life sucked but I'm not a negative person." Candace said.

(Those two are just priceless )

"What happened to you" he said.

(Yes!! I loved Cody's shimmy lol)

"Well to keep a long story short my dad left my mom, my sister, and I when I was sixteen with barely any money. Then I started drinking and taking drugs but when my mom died I decided to stop and go to rehab." Candace said.

"That is a pretty hard life" Cody said

"Yeah, tell me about your life." Candace said.

"Well I'm the son of Dusty Rhodes" he said, "There is much to tell besides that"

"Oh you're the WWE Superstar Cody Rhodes, I thought I recognized you. I'm Candace Verona." Candace said with a smile.

"Yep" Cody said

"Are you always this serious because that shimmy you did on Raw made it look like you had somewhat of a sense of humor." Candace said.

Cody nodded, actually giving a small grin, "Well I'm paid to entertain and wrestle" he said, "I did my job"
