The Real Me(Anyone/Everyone)

Allie walked into the dance studio with her dance bag and water. She had on black shorts and a gray crop top. She kicked off her flip flops and warmed up then she played Natilie Grant's The Real Me. She was so caught up in her fouettés, pirouettes, calypsos, and jetes she didn't notice herself crying or the person watching her.

"Mind if I watch?" Lucky asked

Allie jumped and turned to Lucky.

"Umm sure." Allie said wiping her face.

"What's wrong?" Lucky asked

"So much shit happens everywhere I go." Allie said.

"Like what?" Lucky asked

"I feel like my dad hates me, I'm recovering from a broken arm, and I got suspended from school." Allie explained.

"Oh geez, that's not good at all. I'm sure you're dad doesn't hate you. When I was your age, I was sure that my dad hated me but he didn't, he just cared so much about me and it just seemed that way."

"I guess." Allie said.

"I haven't danced in such a long time." Lucky changed the subject

"You danced?" Allie asked.

"Yes, yes I did." Lucky said

"What styles?" Allie asked.

"I did ballet for the longest time." Lucky said

"Mehhh. More of a hip-hop, jazz, and contemparary person." Allie shrugged.

"I was better at Ballet." Lucky said, "That was a long time ago though."

"Well, try again." Allie said.

"I'll try, it probably won't be pretty." Lucky said

"Dance is beautiful, however you may do it." Allie said.

"That's a great way to look at it." Lucky said as she began to dance.

Allie watched Lucky.

"I still have the flexability, the grace is gone though." Lucky said

Allie giggled.

"Start one step at a time."

"Ok." Lucky laughed as she took the dance one step at a time.

"You got it." Allie said jumping in with Lucky's moves.
