Brandy was alone in the recording studio. She was meant to be picking Ryan up but she couldn't find him. She saw this as an oppertunity to do something she never did with anyone around: sing.

Suddenly, someone began clapping sarcastically. Brandy looked to see who it was...

John leaned against the wall as he looked at Brandy.

"Well...long time no see." John said.

"What do you want? You're the last thing I need right now."

"I was coming here to see a friend, didn't know you would be here. Since when do you sing?" John asked.

"I dunno? Since when do you have friends?" Brandy asked sarcastically walking out the recording booth.

"I've always had friends." John said.

"Anyway, I've been singing for a while. Something I do in my spare time."

"Well you're a great singer." John said.

"Thank you" Brandy picked up her bag and walked closer to John "so, how's it been goin' since you cheated on me?" cockiness filled Brandy's voice.

"I'm married and have three kids." John said, choosing to ignore Brandy's cockiness.

"Oh God, who's the poor woman?"

John rolled his eyes.

"Elle Withers and she perfectly happy thank you very much." John said.

"Aww, I would be happy, but sadly, I still hate you." Brandy said fixing her hair.

"Being bitter for how many years? Seven? Is pretty pathetic." John said.

"John, you were my best friend growing up, you were the only boy who had ever loved me, and you took my heart and crushed it."

"I'm sorry about that but you can't hold onto it forever. I've moved on, maybe you should too." John said.

"Don't you think I tried? And trust me, I have...but we were best friends, I'm gonna hold onto that forever."

"Well then maybe we can still be friends but that's your choice to make." John said.

"I dunno...I'll think about it-" Brandy was cut off by herself falling over.

John immediately got down next to Brandy.

"Brandy! You okay?" John asked.

"Yeah, I think so...wait, no! Ankle!"

"Your ankle hurts?" John asked.

"Yeah, I wouldn't of said ankle otherwise! Sorry I'm snappy but I'm in pain! And I can't be in pain I need to get to the recording studio, I'm gonna stand up and-" Brandy tried to stand up but fell back down and screamed in pain.

"Alright, alright calm down. I'll call 911." John said before he pulled his cell phone out.

"OK, thank you, I'm gonna stop talking, because it'll lead to shouting and more hating!"
