Where Do I Go From Here?

Crushed was the best way to describe Candice Michelle as she walked through the park. While externally she was putting on a brave front and being completely gracious about the news, internally, she was devastated when the WWE, her home for so long, had just given her the release from her contract.

One year of bad luck with injuries, and her whole world had come crashing down around her. She was a spirited fighter and thrived on improving her skills, but it wasn't enough anymore. They wanted to make room for newer, younger, and unfortunately, less talented Divas on the roster.

She had dedicated five years of her entire life to the business and had left little time for anything else, and now, she wasn't sure what to do next. Should she try to get a job with TNA? Should pursue an acting career instead? Was there a way to get her job back with WWE?

Everything was so uncertain now. She wasn't just leaving behind a job she loved, but friends who might as well be her family when she was away from home.

Candice Michelle was truly at loss for what to do.

Katie was walking around the park when she saw Candice. She could tell she was upset and didn't blame her. Katie heard about Candice being released and thought she could use some cheering up so she walked up to her.

"Hey." Katie said with a small smile.

"Katie! wait up" Torrie spoke as she came back with two ice creams while she and Katie enjoyed a best friend day.

She then saw Candice.

"Oh hey Candy, I heard what happened I'm so sorry" Torrie spoke sincerely before she gave her a tight hug.

Candice forced a smile. "Thanks girls. I'm still reeling, you know?" She shrugged. "Not sure what I'm supposed to do now..."

Katie sighed softly.

"Well for right now...have ice cream." Katie said with a small smile as she grabbed her ice cream from Torrie then gave it to Candice.

"You're talented you will find something to do." Katie said.

Candice smiled. "Thanks Katie."

"You're welcome." Katie said with a smile.

She got another ice cream then came back.

"So what have you been doing lately besides what happened with WWE?" Katie asked.

Torrie gave Candice a small smile.

"Exactly you will, Candy I cannot believe wwe did this to you" Torrie spoke sincerely.

"Rehabbing, for what I hoped was a return." Candice sighed. "I was practicing a new maneuver off the top rope and landed wrong. I twisted it, not severely but I didn't want to risk it getting worse. This really stinks cause I've been training with CM Punk and he wasted his time too...ah well, maybe I'll try some acting or see if TNA's interested."

"TNA would be lucky to have you. I swear the WWE doesn't know the stupid mistake they made with releasing you." Katie said.

She looked at Candice.

"Instead of thinking about that though lets make you feel better. What do you want to do? Walk in the park, go shopping?" Katie asked.

Katie looked at her dog Bart as he sat on the grass.

"Play with my goofy dog?" Katie asked with chuckle.

Candice chuckled.

"I dunno guys, what do you think I should do, I really can't think straight." Candice said pulling her legs up to her chest on the bench.
