Randy glanced back when he heard Courtney. "Yeah, we need to get this done soon. Figured I'd just get it done with."

Courtney nodded.

"Thank you. You didn't have to do it, I know you just got off the road." Courtney said.

"I didn't mind. I'm home for a few days, figured it was the least I could do." Randy said.

Courtney made some spaghetti then put too plates of food on the table as well as some breadsticks. She walked to the bottom of the stairs.

"Randy food's ready!" Courtney yelled before she walked back into the kitchen.

Randy put down the paint brush and went to he bathroom. He tried to clean off his hands off as much as he could before he went to go change his shirt. He walked downstairs a few minutes later and sat at the table.

"Thanks. Everything smells good." Randy said.

"You're welcome, what do you want to drink?" Courtney asked with a smile as she walked to the fridge.

Courtney chuckled back then grabbed a diet coke for Randy and a bottle of water for herself. She walked over to the table then gave Randy his soda before she sat down.
