Wade Barrett and The Miz had just finished their tag match against whoever, Lucky Barrett accompaining Wade and Riley with The Miz. Just before everyone went to leave the arena..."Oh Mizzy...I have a surprise for you." a voice cooed unexpectedly before pyros flashed.

Macy comes out with a smirk on her face, but she's not alone. She has one? No two new born babies in her arms as she walked through the curtain with the crowd cheering loudly at her return.

Miz gave her a confused look, along with Lucky and Alex Riley.

"What the hell?" Miz asked

Wade looked at Lucky in confusion. "Did you know about this?" he whispered.

Macy took in all of the screams from the crowd. She waved all of the children and smile before turning to Miz. She pouted. "Someone in here is not happy to see me. Aww..."

"No." Lucky shook her head

"What are you doing here?" Mike asked

Wade looked back at Macy.

"Well I just wanted to show off my greatest creations to the WWE Universe. Or should I say...ours." Macy said as her smirk grew and the crowd grew louder.

"They can't be, you told me they weren't. Can they be mine?" He turned to Alex , Alex shrugged.

"I thought they weren't either until I made potential father take a test. Turned out he wasn't it and tyre the only other guy I had sex with. So...ta da! Michael Mizanin you have twins!" Macy said.

"I-I don't feel so good." Mike said before woozily falling backwards

Wade caught Mike in time before laying him down on the mat.

Macy shrugged at him. "Surprise!" she cheered obviously in character but out of character she wanted to run over there and see if he was okay. "Say hi to Daddy!"

Lucky leaned down next to Mike to see if he was ok.

After the promo went off the air, Macy walked down the ramp to the ring. "Can someone help me please? I need to see if he's okay."

Lucky took the babies put of her arms so she could check on Mike

"Thank you." she said before crawling over to Mike.

"Michael..." she slapped him. "Wake up!"

Mike slowly came through, "Huh? What?"

"Hey." Macy said with a symphatic smile.

Mike stared at her shocked.

Macy helped him up. "Say something."

Mike still looked at her, "I'm a dad?"

Macy bit her lip and nodded. "Yeah, you are." she said softly.

"Macy, I'm not the fatherly type." Mike said

"And I'm not the motherly type, but I wasn't going to give up my kids." Macy said.

"And how does this make me look? I wasn't with you the whole entire pregnancy, and now twins, and how are you doing anyway?" Mike asked, all o his sentences running together.

Macy let out a small chuckle. "Come on, you need some rest."

Mike walked over to Lucky to see his children.

Macy smiled as she watched him.
