Getting Something Then Losing It (Courtney/Randy)

Courtney looked out the window as she waited for Randy. She had some exciting news and couldn't wait for him to get home to tell him. With a groan Courtney went over to the phone then called Randy.

"Randy when are you going to come home?" Courtney asked when he answered.

"I'm on my way back now." He said.

"You know you're a real slow driver." Courtney said.

"I am not." He said.

"I called you a half hour ago. You are so freaking slow." Courtney said.

"I had to stop to get gas." Randy said.

"Alright fine, just hurry up I need to tell you something." Courtney said.

"What?" He asked.

"I'm not telling you over the phone." Courtney said.

"Why?" He asked.

"Because it's important." Courtney said.

"You could still tell me." He said.

"I'm pregnant." Courtney said.

"That's great." Randy exclaimed.

Courtney smiled.

"Told you it was important." Courtney said.

"You were right." He said.

"So what should we do to celebrate?" Courtney asked.

"Want some ice cream?" He asked.

Courtney's smile widened.

"Yes! I really want ice cream." Courtney said.

"I knew you would." He said.

"Well it has been my major craving when I'm pregnant." Courtney said.

"I know it has." He said.

"You better not take forever to get it." Courtney said.

"I'll try not to." He said.

"Okay, I'll see you soon sweetie." Courtney said.
