Courtney nodded then hugged Randy.

Three months later

Courtney was about to start talking on the microphone in the middle of the ring when she saw Randy and Undertaker start to talk trash to each other until they both started hitting each other. She went up behind Randy and tried yelling at them.

"Guys quit it right now!" Courtney yelled.

Before she knew it Undertaker lifted Randy up by his neck and threw him back. Courtney screamed when she felt Randy being thrown against her and fell with her husband on top of her as they lied on the mat.

"Oh god." Courtney muttered as she felt pain in her stomach.

"Courtney." Randy said as he immediately got off of her. "Are you okay?"

"The baby." Courtney muttered as she clutched her stomach.

She let out a loud groan as she turned onto her side, still clutching her stomach as tears started to roll down her cheeks.

Randy nodded for the paramedics to come over as he helped her on to the stretcher.

The paramedics pushed Courtney up the ramp and backstage then started walking to the ambulance truck.

Courtney squeezed her eyes shut as she felt more pain.

Courtney moaned as they lifted her up and into the truck. She then noticed blood near her legs and her eyes widened.

"No, no, no!" Courtney yelled as she started crying harder.

"Courtney we need you to relax." a paramedic said.

Courtney whimpered then lied her head back. 20 minutes later they got to the hospital and they pushed her into the emergency room.

Half an hour later a doctor came out and she went over to Randy.

"You're Courtney Orton's husband right?"
