A New Beginning (Jenna/Cody)

Jenna flipped through the paitent file in her hand and it seemed far to simple for the emergency trained physican.

Paitent presents with acute abominal pain, exessive fever and a burning sensation upon swallowing

"Great, give me a fast track case," Jena muttered walking in the room.

Cody laid on the bed in the room with his eyes clsed.

"Hi" Jenna said.

"Hey." Cody muttered.

"Okay, I've read the file but just in case something changed or anything you wanna tell me why you're here?" Jenna asked.

"I feel like crap." Cody replied.

Jenna chuckled.

"I need you to tell me more than that," Jenna said.

"Doesn't it tell you in that paper thing-a-ma-jig." Cody said.

"Yes, but I wanna here from you exactly what's wrong," Jenna said.

"I'm hot and my stomach hurts." Cody replied.

"Okay, I can work with that," Jenna said. "Why don't we start out by finding out how high that fever is?"

Cody nodded his head.

Jenna nodded, grabbing the thermometer off the vital station. "Alright, open up," Jenna said.

Cody opened his mouth.

Jenna placed the thermometer in Cody's mouth and waited.

Cody laid there.

"Just try to relax Cody," Jenna murmured.

Cody nodded his head.

Jenna sighed at the reading when she took the thermometer.

"That's bad, right?" Cody asked

Jenna nodded. "I've seen worse though," Jenna said.

"I feel like the worse." Cody said.

"Don't worry, I've got you, you're in the best of hands" Jenna said.

"Just relax Cody, I'm gonna go get you some meds," Jenna said.
