Character's Biography: Elle Withers grew up in St. Louis, Missouri with her best friend and now ex-boyfriend Randy Orton. The two were extremely close growing up and the Orton family is like the family she never had. Had an extremely rough childhood but overcame her struggles and went to school to become a nurse. Worked as a nurse for a few years, quitting the job and starting a new career as a Celebrity Fashion Stylist. Currently is married to John Cena and the two have had a tumultuous relationship to say the least. Despite their problems, the two have worked out their issues and have remained together. John and Elle have three children, the oldest child being Anthony Keith Cena and twins named Cameron James Cena and Savannah Lynn Cena.
