Packing Away Old Memories (Anyone)

Elle sat on the floor of her closet as she folded and packed away her clothes and shoes. Out of all the things she needed to do to get ready for the move to L.A., her closet would definitely be her biggest challenge. She had been in there for almost two hours and was barely close to halfway being down.

Raising an eyebrow, Elle reached for a box that she noticed was hidden behind the rack of clothes she had. Opening the box, Elle smiled as she saw the contents of the box. They were mostly pictures of her and John when they first started dating. Which was surprising since Elle thought she had burned all of them the night Randy, Courtney, and herself had that huge bonfire.

Hearing the doorbell ring, Elle got up and continued to go through the pictures as she headed downstairs. Stopping on a picture of her and John in matching New England Patriots jerseys when they had went to a game together. She chuckled as she opened the door and smiled at the person on the other side.

"Hey." Elle said.

Rai smiled. "Hey. I brought you take out and a pair of hands. John told me when we were working out that you were tackling your closet today."

"You're amazing." Elle said, putting the stack of photos on the table by he door as she stepped aside to let Rai in.

Rai laughed. "I was bored. My dad has the kids." She said as she stepped in.

"Your boredom is appreciated." Elle chuckled

"No problem. I brought a little bit of everything." Rai said holding up the bag. "How much have you knocked out?"

"Haven't even made it halfway." Elle said, taking the bag of food.

Rai laughed. "I'm sorry chica. You want I can call Antony."

"The more hands the better." Elle said

Rai sent a text to her brother. Need you to come help me and Elle. I have take out. Her closet will eat me! Rai laughed and showed the text to Elle. "I think John warned everyone."

"I'm really not that bad." Elle said.

"I know."


I'm on my way. You better have egg rolls.

"John's going to be in trouble when he gets home." Elle said.

Rai laughed. "I bet."

"So, how have you been?" elle asked, going into the kitchen and grabbing sme plates.

Rai followed her. "Good. Stopping wrestling has been weird but until I get everything started up for my massage place I've been working at my dad's martial arts studio."

"So, the massage thing is working out?" Ele asked.

"So far yeah. Haven't hit any road blocks, got the place getting worked on as we speak. So far I have the green light."

"I can't wait to see it." Elle said, putting food onto the plates.

"It's called Heaven Sent." Rai said as she grabbed some sodas from the fridge. "I'll be offering different types massages along with aroma therapy and meditation rooms."

"Your name fits the place perfectly." Elle said.

"I hoped it would."

"I could refer some people to you if you'd like." elle said.

"That would be awesome."

"I'll get on it. I'm sure they'd love a good message." Elle said, handing Rai a plate.
