When I first met you. (Adam/Isabella)

"Yeah must be hard...coz apparently I'm dead! How did you tell her I died? Car accident? Wrestling accident?"

"I just told her you died, and she isn't allowed to watch wrestling." Jen said

"You never gave her an explanation(!) Oh, and here I thought you would've made a massive deal about it(!) 'Oh Isabella, your dad died when he had a run in with a drug dealer, he wouldn't pay over the cash that he didn't have so they shot him right between the eyes(!)'"

"Would you stop yelling?!" Jen exclaimed

"No I will not stop yelling!"

"Where is Isabella?" Jen asked

"Softball field." Adam said sternly.

Jen sighed, "This is rediculous, she knows better than that."

"What she plays softball!"

"I know that." Jen said as she heard the back door slam and Isabella trying to shush the door. She ran up the steps, and came back down a few minutes later crying with a broken and bloodied nose. She ran across the street.

"Isabella!" Adam yelled running after her.

"Ow, ow, ow." Isabella cried covering her nose.

"Are you OK Isabella? What happened?"

"I think my nose is broken but I'm fine." Isabella said, "I really don't know what happened, well, actually I do, I walked upstairs and my mom's stupid boyfriend hit me."

"What why?!"

"Isabella, I think you're lying." Jen said

"Well explain my broken nose." Isabella said

"I know he would never hit you." Jen said

"Yeah, well you don't know anything, he hates me, mom, he hates me." Isabella said

"Jen listen to her!" Adam began yelling "It's very unlikely she ran into a door!"

"Knowing her she probably did." Jen said to Adam.

"She's not stupid Jen!" Adam yelled.

"How would you know?" Jen asked

"I hate you, mom." Isabella said angrily

"Because she's my daughter!"

"Adam, I know I was wrong in not telling you that you had a daughter, but she's been fine without you."

"Who are you to tell him that? You know that isn't the truth." Isabella said
