A little bonding (Carmen/Isabella)

Isabella walked into the door of Adam's house. She dropped her bag by the door as she walked further into the house.

"Daddy, I'm home!" Isabella yelled but got no response, "Daddy?!"

She walked itnto the living room and saw Carmen, "Oh, hey Carmen." she smiled

"Izzy sweetie, your dad got called into training he said he's sorry." Carmen smiled.

"It's fine." Izzy smiled, "He's so busy lately."

"You're telling me." Carmen mumbled "So can I get you anything?"

"No, thanks anyway." She sat down on the couch

"How was school?"

"It was ok." she shrugged

"Just okay? Nothing special happen?" Carmen asked as she walked into the kitchen.

"It's school. There's not much that's fun about it." Izzy sighed

"I've not been there for a while sweetie, I pretty much forgot all about it."

Izzy giggled, "True, but I still don't like it. I feel like such a nerd."

"Don't be ashamed! You're a smart girl Izzy, you'll get far in life....you have a cute boyfriend as well."

"True, but I don't think Daddy is too fond of me dating."

"Oh you know what he's like, he's very protective of you, ignore him as long as you're happy he's happy." Carmen said as she sat on the counter top.

"Thanks Carms." Izzy smiled

"Anytime sweetie." Carmen smiled before her phone started ringing.
"Hello?...Ok...seriously? Right now?....Is there any-.....oh fine!" Carmen hung up and sighed heavily.

"Who was that?" Izzy asked

"That was Marc...apparently I have a photoshoot...like now."

"..Oh." Izzy frowned lightly

Carmen sighed back "Hey, why don't you come with me?"

"I won't be in the way, will I?" Izzy asked

"No way come on it'll be fun, you can do some shoots of your own if you like?"

"Ok!" Izzy smiled

"Yey!" Carmen smiled.

Izzy grinned
