Catching Up With Family (Randy/Courtney)

"Sure." Jake said as he shot the basketball but missed the hoop.

"Well besides the album, the fighting with Randy, and taking care of the kids not really anything has been going on." Courtney said.

"What about you?" Courtney asked.

Randy grabbed the ball and handed it back to Jake.

"Shoot again." He said.

"Well, sweetie, that doesn't seem like nothing much is going on." Elaine said.

Jake shot the ball again but this time made it into the hoop.

"Yes!" Jake yelled.

Courtney sighed.

"It's all been going on for a while that I'm just used to it." Courtney said.

Randy smiled at Jake.

"Good job, let's see if you can do it again." Randy said.

"You know you can talk to me about it." Elaine said.

"Okay." Jake said with a smile then grabbed the ball and shot it into the basket again.

"It's just hard to deal with every day. Seeing Randy walk out the door everyday to go be with that whore who had a baby with him. The same whore who wants us to break up and almost got us close to a fucking divorce. I know he didn't ask for this, I know that and I know I'm not the only one suffering but sometimes I feel like I'm the only one that gives a damn that she's tearing us apart." Courtney said.

"Wow, have you been practicing?" Randy asked.

Elle nodded, letting out a small sigh.

"I understand where you're coming from. But you can't let this ruin your relationship, that's what she probably wants. I get the circumstances are terrible, but for once Randy is doing something right. I do wish it wouldn't have happened, but it did, and everyone just has to adjust. But you can't resent him for this when it seems like he's trying. And if I'm wrong and he's not doing that at all, then that's a whole different discussion and problem." Elaine said.

"Yep." Jake said with a smile.

"No you're right. I really need to make things right because he has been trying everything and all I've been doing is pushing him further and further away. It's not right for us and it's not right for our kids." Courtney said.

"We should sign you up somewhere so that you can play with some other kids." Randy said.

"How are the kids taking it?" Elaine asked.

"That would be cool." Jake said.

"I don't think they really understand what's going on. We haven't really talked about it to them." Courtney said.

Kayla walked into the room.

"What are you guys talking about?" Kayla asked.

"Well look into it tomorrow." Randy said.

"Oh, nothing, just catching up." Elaine said, picking up Kayla and setting her on her lap.

"Okay." Jake said.

Max looked over then saw his mini basketball then picked it up and walked over to Randy before holding the ball up to him.

"Oooh. Catching up on what?" Kayla asked.

"Nothing you need to worry about sweetie." Courtney said.

Randy grabbed the ball, bringing over the mini hoop for Max.

"Yeah, everything is going to work out." Elaine said.

Max stared at the hoop then looked up at Randy.

"I want ball back." Max said.

"Okay." Kayla said with a smile.

Courtney smiled back.

"Come on let's go outside to play." Courtney said.

Kayla nodded then got off Elaine's lap and ran outside.

Randy chuckled and handed it back to Max.

Elaine smiled and followed Kayla outside, where everyone was.

Kayla went over to Jake then grabbed the ball.

"My turn." Kayla said.

"Fine." Jake muttered with a slight glare.

Max stood on his toes then pushed the ball into the mini hoop before he walked back into the house.

"Max where are you going?" Courtney asked as she looked into the house.

Max just smiled before he walked into the laundry room. A couple minutes later he came out of the laundry room holding up a pair of Randy's wrestling trunks around his waist and pulling the WWE Championship behind him then went outside. He went over to Randy then pulled on his pant leg.

"I'm just like you." Max said with smile.

"Kayla, Jake. Don't start arguing." Randy said.

He picked up the ball Max had and took a seat over by Elaine, to keep an eye on the kids.

"Aw, now isn't that cute." Elaine gushed, seeing Max come out first, which caught Randy's attention.

Randy smiled widely when he saw Max. "Yes, you're just like Max. Future Champ." He said, proudly.

"Fine." Kayla and Jake said as Kayla shot the basketball into the hoop.

"Awesome." Max said with a wide smile.

"You're so cute Max." Courtney said as she kissed him on his cheek.

Randy nodded, glad that Kayla and Jake were getting along for the moment.

"Yeah, he is. I have some good looking grandchildren." Elaine said.

"Yes you do." Courtney said with a smile.

She took one of the straps of the WWE Championship.

"Come on Max let's put daddy's title inside so it doesn't get scratched." Courtney said.

Max looked at Courtney.

"No, mine." Max said as he kept a grip on the title.

"C'mon, Max. That's for work, let's go get the one I got for you upstairs." Randy said.

"Okay." Max said before he dropped the title at Randy's feet.

Randy picked up the title with one hand before picking Max and walking inside. He set the title on the counter before heading to Max's room.

"Can I have your title one day?" Max asked.

"Can't Max, daddy needs it for work." Randy said.

Max frowned.

"Fine." Max said.
