Back In The Day (John)

Elle was on the floor of their closet going through some stuff. She had noticed some boxes tucked away behind some of her clothes in the large walk-in closet. She was going through some of the stuff and realized it had been some old photo albums and other things she had kept over the years. she looked through one of them before she saw a picture. "Aww..." She said to herself, noticing a picture of John and herself when they had first started dating.

She dragged the boxes out of the closet and brought them to the bedroom before she went to the bed, still holding onto the photo and jumped on it. "Baby, look what I found." She said with a grin as she nuzzled John's neck and laid beside him, showing him the photo.

John wrapped an arm around Elle then looked at the picture and smiled.

"Wow...that was taken a while ago." John said.

"I know." She smiled. "Damn...it's been a long time since we've been together."

"It has been. I believe how long we've been together, it's amazing." John said as he kissed Elle on her cheek.

"It really has been. I still can't get over that you liked me for all that time and I didn't get with you." Elle said.

"You were with Randy, it wasn't like I could step in and sweep you off your feet." John said.

"But you had no problems stepping in when it came to Adam and you were dating Kimberly." Elle said.

"Adam wasn't my best friend and I never really loved Kimberly as much as I loved you." John said.

"True..." Elle said, curling up beside John and playing with his dog tags as she laid in the crook of his neck. "...but still, it's funny to think back to how careless we were when we were fooling around."

John chuckled a bit.

"I know, it was almost like we were asking to get caught." John said.

"Like that one time you showed up at the hospital out of nowhere and I pulled you away and we almost got caught." Elle said, laughing lightly.

John chuckled.

"That was hilarious but I liked the feeling of almost getting caught. It was like we were playing with fire." John said.

"Oh yeah...but you almost got me fired.." Elle chuckled.

(Flashback- Mercy General Hospital)

A much younger Elle was walking around the hospital floor she was assigned to. She had a clipboard in her hand and was going through it before she leaned against the nurses station. She heard a few chuckles and whispers from the girls behind her and she looked up, trying to hide the smile that was about to come on her face.

"Oh, I'll go take him to Kimberly." Elle lied to the girls as she walked over and approached John. "Hey handsome." She said softly as she stood in front of him.

John looked over at Elle and a devilish grin appeared on his face.

"Hey beautiful, you look sexy as always." John whispered, seeing the other nurses around.

"Only you would think I look sexy in scrubs." Elle giggled with a slight brush. "Kimberly is out to lunch right now if you were looking for her."

"Actually I was hoping to get some time with you." John said.

Elle looked up at John and smiled. "Yeah...?" She said, the smile growing wider. "I think I can get away for a little bit, follow me." She walked ahead of John and went down the hallway.

John nodded.

"Most definitely. I need to be with you so bad, I can't stop thinking about you." John said.

"I can't stop thinking about you either..." Elle said, looking around before she pulled John into an empty room that was down the hallway that she figured nobody would come into. She closed the door behind them and pushed John against the door. "...I've missed you so much."

"I missed you too." John said as he wrapped his arms around Elle's waist then kissed her passionately on the lips.

Elle smiled, her arms going around his neck as she kissed him back. "God...show me how much you missed me.." She moaned

John smirked.

"Will do, with pleasure." John said before he started kissing Elle's neck.

Elle bit her lip to stifle her moans. Her hands went underneath John's shirt and roamed around his chest.

John moaned as he gripped onto Elle's shirt and took it off her.

"I hate being away from you..." Elle said, her lips moving to John's neck.
