Wondering What If

"I should, it would be fun." John said with a smile.

"It would, you need to do it soon. I'll cook for you and everything." Elle said.

Randy walked into the room. "I hear something about cooking?"

"Maybe." Elle said, smiling when she saw Randy. "I was talking to John about coming do to St.Louis for dinner one weekend. Sure he could use a home cooked meal, god knows he can't cook." She teased.

"What is he? Charity?" Randy joked, bending down and kissing Elle softly. "It's cool with me, you should come down."

John had to stop himself from acting out when he saw Randy kiss Elle. It made his blood boil in jealousy. He then forced another smile onto his face.

"I'll be sure to, it'll be a ton of fun." John said.

"It will. We haven't hung out together in ages." Elle said.

"She has a point. Give Elle a call whenever you want to do it." Randy said.

"Will do...I have to go get ready for my match." John said.

He wanted to get out of there fast because if he continued watching Randy and Elle he'd end up kicking Randy's ass.

"Kay. See you later John, good luck." Elle said, grabbing Randy's hand and leaving the locker room.

John waved at them then turned around and punched his locker.

"Damn Orton."

He just couldn't understand how Randy got so lucky to be with Elle when he didn't treat her right. John knew he could treat her so much better.

Later that night

Randy glanced over at Elle who was fast asleep beside him. He kissed her forehead gently before he grabbed his phone and got out of the bed quietly. He walked out to the balcony, closing the glass door behind him. Randy dialed Courtney's number and called her.

Courtney was relaxing in the jacuzzi in her hotel room when she heard her cell phone ring. She grabbed it off the chair that was nearby before she answered it.

"Hello?" Courtney asked.

"Hey sexy." Randy said.

Courtney smiled widely.

"Hey hottie. Done dealing with the ex?" Courtney asked.

"I was able to get away for a bit to call you. You know how she can be." Randy said.

Courtney rolled her eyes.

"Yeah I do but if it cheers you up...I'm in the jacuzzi, naked and all wet. You need a nice mental image after listening to her scream about crap." Courtney said.

Randy let out soft groan and closed his eyes. "Yeah...that'll definitely get me through the night."

"Figured it would...oh and um..I have something to tell you. I was going to tell you at the arena but I chickened out." Courtney said.

"What's up?" Randy asked.

"I'm pregnant." Courtney said.

Randy stood there dumbfounded for a few moments. Silence was heard on his side for a bit longer. "You're what?!" He asked.

"Pregnant. We're having a baby." Courtney said.

"Court..I...this isn't a good time." Randy said. "Are you sure?"

Courtney sighed.

"I know I'm sorry and I'm pretty sure. I'm late...I just haven't taken a test yet." Courtney said.

"So, then there's a chance you're not pregnant." Randy said excitedly.

Elle heard Randy shout and she came out onto the balcony, seeing Randy. "What's going on, babe?" She asked, her arms wrapping around him.

"I..uh..have to go. Call me back when you find out." Randy said.

Courtney sighed then hung up and put her phone to the side. She got up and got out of the jacuzzi before she got dressed. After she was dressed she looked over at the box that held the test she was avoiding. With a sigh she grabbed it then proceeded with the test.

"Who was that?" Elle asked.

"Work." Randy said, picking up Elle and taking her into the room. He honestly didn't want to think about what had just been told. He loved Elle, always have and will, but this would kill her. He was hoping that all of this would just be a scare.

Courtney waited a few minutes after she took the test then looked at it.

Pregnant

She sighed before she took a picture of the test as proof then sent the picture to Randy's cell.
