A Little Bonding (Allie/Randy)

The shock of finding out he had a fifteen year old daughter was slowly starting to wear off. Randy's head had finally managed to wrap around the idea that he now had a teenager that was now apart of his life. Alie had been staying with them for a few days now, but since no one could really get past the awkwardness, Randy didn't really get a chance to get to know the young girl.

Walking up to the room that was previously a guest room and now Allie's, Randy knocked and waited for a response.

Allie opens the door, "Hi Daddy."

"Hey Allie." Randy said, smiling a bit.

"I was wondering...do you want to uh, go out? You know to like, get some things for you since you're staying here now and to...get to know each other a little better." Randy said.

"Sure!" Allie exclaimed excited before grabbing her shoes and her purse.

Randy chuckled at her excitement.

"I forget how easily teenage girls get at the idea of shopping." Randy said.

"I'm ready!" Allie exclaimed before running out of her room and passed Randy.

Randy shook his head as he grabbed his keys and followed Allie out.

Allie hopped into the car and waited for Randy. 'I wonder what hanging out with Daddy will be like?'

Randy got into the car, starting and beginning to drive.

"So, mall first?" Randy asked.

"Duh!" Allie exclaimed excited.

"I'm still getting the hang of all this." Randy sad.

"I'm that hard to get used to?" Allie asked jokingly with a little pout.

"You're a teenager so....yes." Randy joked.

Allie gasped. " That's not very nice, Daddy." Allie said with the same pout.

"Who said I was nice guy?" Randy asked.

"You did." Allie said looking up at Randy.

"Maybe I lied." Randy said, smiling.

Allie glanced at Randy before looking straight ahead. "What else is new in my life." Allie mumbled to herself.

Randy's smiled faded at Allie's reaction.

"I was only kidding Allie." He said.

"Okay, just things like that scare me. I learned not to trust anyone in this world." Allie said still looking straight ahead.

Randy nodded, sighing.

"Sorry." He said

"No it's fine. You wanted to get to know me, so I told you something about me." Allie said giving Randy a small smile.

"What exactly happened?" Randy asked.

"I'm not too comfortable with you yet Daddy. I'm sorry." Allie said with a slight frown.

"No pressure." Randy said.
