House Warming Party

Courtney put a hand on her jaw then got up and grabbed Bree then shoved her into a wall.

Candice nodded.

"I think that would be a good idea." Candice said.

"Your the one to call some heartless Dave. You have been a heartless bastard for years."

"And what's your point?" Dave asked as he grabbed John by his collar and pulled him up.

"I learned my lesson. When I met Candice I changed. She's the most important person in my life and I wouldn't pull some stunt to make her feel bad for something. If I ever cheated on her I wouldn't slap her in the face by bringing the person I cheated on her with to our house to purposely make her upset. I wouldn't dare to do something that cruel because it shows is I don't give a shit about her feelings at all. I love Candice with all my heart and I wouldn't dare to hurt her. I'm not like you and I hope this makes you cry because I'm sure you've made Elle cry many times since she's met you." Dave said before he picked John up and threw him through a window.

Just the cops arrived and saw John

"Dave Batista did this." John says pointing towards him

The hand cuffed him and took him away

"Hold it!" Greg yelled.

The cops looked at Greg.

"Oh yeah hey Greg."

The cops turned and uncuffed Dave then looked at John.

"You're under arrest." A cop said before they handcuffed John and put him in their car.

Courtney looked around.

"Party time!" Courtney yelled before she turned on the music.

"Now we can really have a party." Dave said with a smile as he walked in the house.

John's parents pulled up and the cops knew them

The un cuffed John and he walked back into his house

"I want Dave and Greg thrown out of my house." John says

"We're sorry you two, but you have to go." He says

The cops drove off.

"See ya guys later." Greg said.

"How about you just leave Cena? It's Elle's house too and she wants us to stay but I doubt she would want your cheating ass to stay." Dave said.

"Yeah. You only got the beating your deserved for being a heartless bastard." Courtney said.

"Lets just say I have something that could hurt her alot worse." JOhn says

"And while you're leaving take your skank with you." Elle said.

Elle rolled her eyes.

"Oh really. What could be possibly worse than all that you have already done to me?" She asked.

"You know the divorce papers you signed over a month ago. Well lets just say they are new ones and if I turned them in you lose everything inculding out children." John says

Courtney slapped John across the face.

"Oh really she would lose everything even though she's damn near perfect?! She hasn't pulled shit and gone to anger management! You would have a better damn chance of getting fired from the WWE then Elle losing everything!" Courtney yelled.

"Keep up Courtney. My lawyer has everything down on you and if you dont want her to lose everything then I would suggested you keep your ugly ass hands off of me."

"I've practically raised those kids,you take them away from me and I will fucking kill you Cena!" Elle said. "No court in their right mind would give the kids to you, not after all the shit you've done."

"Well they just did Elle. Plus no one in there right mind would put up with the crap I have from everyone that you are close."

"Put up with the crap you have?! You've put me through way more than anything I've done to you and now you want to take my kids away after I've been there for them more than you ever have. You're the one that messed up this family, over and over again..not me. You aren't getting those kids John so take your skank, since you've obviously made your choice and get the hell out. You aren't winning this one, I will kill you before you get full custody of those kids." She said.

"Oh really? Well guess what? I can touch you all I want and so can anyone else that wants to hurt you once you step foot in a WWE ring. So be ready for a Hell in A Cell Match against everyone that hates you and if you lose you're fired. No judge would gives kids to a guy with no income." Courtney said.

"Well see that is where you are wrong. The house is in my name and the judge already said that and since you signed the papers without reading them you have already lost them. So why dont you and all your friends get the fuck out my house now." John says

Ted looks over at Bree

"Are you okay?" He asked

Courtney pulled her phone out then Stephanie.

"Cena I hope you rot in hell and guess what? You will be in real trouble when Stephanie hears what you're doing to Elle. She happens to like Elle a lot so Vince will listen to her if she wants to fire your dumb ass." Courtney said.

She turned towards Bree then smashed her head into a wall.

"Kayla come on! Oh and tell Anthony his daddy is trying take him from his mom!" Courtney yelled.

Elle glared at John.

"I don't give a fuck what judge has to say, I'm taking those kids and I'm staying with Randy and Courtney." Elle said before she started to walk upstairs.

"Yeah, I'm fine." Bree replied.

"There is just one problem because Shane has already written your ass up for everything. Which means I dont have to listen to you right now. He says your doing bad business on a count of your grudge against me and that doesnt fly." John says

"Shane doesn't work for the WWE anymore and Vince isn't too fond of him right now so I doubt he would listen to him. Plus I'm on the phone with Steph and she's with Vince. They both said you're going to be in that Hell In A Cell Match and they will fire you if you lose." Courtney said.

Elle walked downstairs carrying Cameron and holding Anthony's hand.

Randy came down behind her carrying Savannah and holding Kayla's hand.

"Well he does and since he does I listen to him and he has moved me to Smackdown." John says

"HE LEFT LAST YEAR YOU DUMBASS! He most likely told you that to make you stop calling him like a baby! Vince just confirmed it himself Shane doesn't work for the WWE anymore! So stop making up a bunch of shit! You're so full of it and I'm sick of it! You know nothing about the business at all if you think Shane is still in the WWE." Courtney said.

"And your nothing, but the biggest suck up to the McMahon family Courtney. When are you going to get it they only keep you around because they cant find anyone better."
