Elle was asleep, curled up on the chair.

John wakes up looking around

Elle continued to sleep.

John looks at Elle before turning the tv on and the volume way up

Elle groaned as she moved around in the chair, trying to stay asleep.

John smiled to himself as he continued to watch tv

Elle woke up and threw a pillow at John, smirking.

John didnt move

"Well, I'm guessing you made it...damn." Elle said.

"Sorry to disappoint you." He said

"You do a lot of that....I've gotten used to it." She said

"Good." He replied "Now can you please leave."

"Why should I do what you want me to?" Elle asked.

"For one I didnt ask you come here, two we are in the middle of a divorce."

"You didn't ask me to come before or after you muttered my name when you were knocked out?" Elle asked with a smirk. "I just came here to rub that little piece of information in your face."

John shot her a glare

Elle smirked.

"SO what I said your name when I was out big fucking deal." He said

"If it's not that big of a deal. Why are you getting all worked up about it?" Elle said.

"because I didnt think your sister would tell you that." He said

"Well she's a bitch....don't know why you're so surprised by anything that she does." Elle said.

John shrugged
