Blackout (Anyone)

Elle laughed.

"Clothes." Elle replied.

"Oh." Courtney said with a smile.

"Oh, what?" Elle asked.

"Nothing. I want to see them when you're done." Courtney said.

"I actually started by drawing stuff that I thought would look good on you." Elle said.

"Really?" Courtney asked.

Elle nodded her head, flipping the pages to the very front of the sketch book and handing it to Courtney.

"It started off with dresses and then turned into outfits I thought you could wear if you ever went on tour again." Elle said.

"Oh my god I love them!" Courtney exclaimed.

"Really?" Elle asked, surprised at Courtney's reaction.

"Yes! Darn me for getting pregnant right now. I want to wear them so freaking bad." Courtney said.

Elle chuckled.

"Well thanks." Elle said. "Glad you like them, I was just messing around."

"I love them and you're welcome." Courtney said.

"I'll make you a dress to wear for after you have the baby." Elle said.

"Great. I'm stuck to horrible maternity wear." Courtney said with a moan.

Elle smirked for a moment before an idea popped into her head.

"Or...I can design some maternity outfits for you." Elle said. "It's great practice for me."

"Really?" Courtney asked with excitement.

"Yes, really." Elle said. "It'll give me a chance to broaden my range and it'll be my first chance to see if I can actually do this."

"I'm sure you can." Courtney said with a smile.

"Hopefully, I'd love to actually start my own line and you get to be my awesome little guinea pig who gets to try all my stuff on." Elle said.

"And show it off to the paparazzi and get so many of my Hollywood people to buy your clothes." Courtney said.

Elle smiled at the thought.

"That would be amazing." Elle said.

"It would be." Courtney said with a smile.

"Lucky me for having you as my best friend." Elle said.

"I'm very lucky. You're a great best friend." Courtney said with a smile.

"So are you." Elle said.
