The Breaking Point (Randy/Courtney/Elle)

Elle laid there, trying not think about what happened.

John tried to stay awake.

Elle stayed awake.

John lied on his back.

Elle stared at the wall.

John sighed.

Despite what would happen when she did, Elle closed her eyes and pretended to be asleep so that John can get some rest without worrying about her.

John looked at Elle then fell asleep.

Elle's eyes quickly snapped open a few moments later when she heard John's steady breathing. She her emotions in check, not wanting to wake up John.

John continued sleeping.

A Few Hours Later

Elle let out a low sigh, she was exhausted and her body ached, but couldn't sleep. She was emotionally and physically drained and nothing she did can ease any of the pain she was feeling. All she wanted was rest, to forget what happened, to forget him, and just be able to feel something..anything. She felt like right now she wasn't even in tune with what was going on.

Elle looked over at John who was fast asleep before she quietly got out of the bed and went into the bathroom, closing the door behind. She rummaged through the medicine cabinet before dumping a bunch of sleeping pills in her hand and swallowing. She popped a few more into her mouth, just to make sure they kicked in. She shed her clothes, groaning when she looked at her bruised and scarred body before turning on the bath water to the tub. She got inside a few minutes later and closed her eyes before she slowly drifted off as time went by.

John moaned as he woke up. He walked into the bathroom and took off his shirt then started the shower. John then noticed something and looked at the bathtub before his eyes widened.

"Elle!" John yelled.

Elle lied in the tub unconscious.

John quickly took Elle in his arms then lied her down outside of the tub. He started mouth to mouth.

Elle continued to lie there.

"Elle baby come back to me, please." John said.

Elle groaned, still out of it from the sleeping pills.

(I realized, I left this out when I told you what was going on. lol. I figured the only way to willingly get Elle into therapy is if she's forced. So, I was thinking John ruses Elle to the hospital cause she's not waking up, they do the typical routine when a situation like this occurs which also involves a suicide watch so Elle is pretty much on lock down at the hospital and is told she needs to go to therapy. And I figured that would be another topic.)

John put his hand on Elle's cheek then picked he up and carried to the car. Fifteen minutes later he arrive at the hospital and carried Elle in.

"I need help!" John yelled.

(Okay, sounds good)

The nurses rushed over to John and put Elle on a gurney before rushing her to the back.

John watched on with concern all over his face.

Thirty minutes later a doctor came out and walked over to John.

"Are you here for Eleanor?" He asked.

"Yeah, is she okay?" John asked.

"We have her stabilized now, she's still asleep but she'll be okay. She overdosed after she took a large amount of sleeping pills and we needed to pump her stomach and she has an IV in her to replenish her body. She should be okay but as a precaution, we do this to all our patients who come in after these type of situations, she's going to be on suicide watch for the next couple days and then she'll be released. When she wakes up, we'll move her to another ward of the hospital." He said.

John nodded then looked down.

"Okay...can I see her?" John asked.

"Sure." The doctor said leading John into Elle's rom.
