The New Position (Anyone)

Matt smiled widely as he plopped down in the chair behind the desk of his new office. He'd been in the company for over a decade now and his hard work had finally paid off. Matt was appointed the new General Manager of Friday Night Smackdown and he couldn't be happier.

Leaning back in the chair, he put his feet up on the table and his folded his arms across his chest.

"Yup...this job is going to be pretty sweet." Matt said, mostly to himself.

Hearing a knock on the door, Matt looked at his current sitting position and shrugged. This who he was...take it or leave it.

"Come in!" Matt yelled.

Mickie walked in. "Hey Matt. I havent see you in a while so I thought I would stop by", she said

"Hey Mick. How are you?" Matt said.

Marie walked in and said Mickie wheres. then she stopped and said hey matty

Matt smiled at Marie.

Mickie sat down.

"Not much, just getting used to the new office. What about you two?" Matt said.

im cool. Marie said hows Jeffy?

"Nothing really. Ted has Taylor. So im free", Mickie said with a smile

sighs. you left her there aww man. marie said

"Why whats wrong", Mickie asked.

i wanted to see her. she said

"Jeff is good, haven't talked to him in awhile." Matt said.

"Aw, you should've brought her. I wanted to see the little one."

"If we hangout soon, you guys can see her", Mickie said.

How about tonight at that new club? she said. well dont bring her just all of us.

Is Jeff still with Beth? She asked looking annoyed

"Sounds like it would be fun." Matt said. "No, Jeff's not with Beth anymore."

"I liked her, but I guess her and Jeff just grew apart." Matt shrugged.
