Letting It All Out (John/Elle)

Elle rolled her eyes.

"You still resistant to people helping you." Tiffany said.

"Cause seriously talking won't solve a thing." Ele said.

"They will be able to if you let them." John said.

"You just need to be open to the idea." Tiffany said.

"You really do." John said.

"Okay, whatever..fine." Elle said.

John nodded.

"Okay...so where were we." Tiffany said, looking through the notes she'd taken. "Ah, okay. So, do you think all this pint up feelings led you to what ended you up in the hospital."

"If you're asking if I intentionally tried to kill myself, the answer is no." Elle said.

"You were a nurse, correct?"

Elle nodded.

"You had to have known what you were doing."

Elle was quiet for a moment.

"You may have not wanted to kill yourself. But if you so happened to die that night, would you have cared?" Tiffany said.

Elle looked down.

"Would you have?" John asked.

"I don't know...maybe." Elle said.

John looked down.

Elle sighed.

"I swear I didn't do it intentionally, but if it did happen, it would've been a hell of a lot easier than dealing what I've been dealing with." Elle said.

John just shook his head.

"What?" Elle asked.

"Nothing." John said.

"John, talk to me please." Elle said.

"I don't get how you could say what you said. Sure it would have been easier to kill yourself but it sure as hell wouldn't have been easy for our kids." John said.

Elle sighed.

"I know...but they way I've been acting isn't good for our kids either." Elle said.

"That doesn't mean you should kill yourself." John said.

"I wasn't trying to." Elle said.

"You kind of were." John said.

"I wasn't, I just wanted to stop the thoughts and finally get some rest." Elle said.

John nodded.

"I'm sorry." Elle said

John nodded.

Elle sighed.

"You still seemed bothered by this John." Tiffany said.
