"It's okay, I'm just going to go lie down on the couch." Courtney said, grabbing her pieces of toasts before walking out of the kitchen.

"What's wrong with mommy?" Jake asked.

"She's not feeling too well, the baby is making her sick." Randy replied.

"Sure." Randy said, grabbing a bottle of water from the fridge. He walked into the living room and handed it to her.

Courtney sat up then took the bottle of water.

"Thanks." Courtney said, sitting back and rubbing her stomach as she took a sip of water.

7 and a half months pregnant

Courtney was much bigger now and that made it difficult since she had two young children with a lot of energy. She wanted to paint the Max's room today because she knew if she waited any longer to do it in the pregnancy she would be too tired. Of course though Kayla and Jake didn't want to make it easy for her. While she was on the floor trying to get the lid off the paint bucket Kayla and Jake were running around the room trying to hit each other with paint brushes.

"Guys quit it!" Courtney yelled, getting frustrated.

They didn't seem to care to stop and when she was about to yell at them again she heard the front door downstairs close and a familiar voice.

"Daddy!" Kayla and Jake yelled before they raced out of the room and went downstairs.

Courtney let out a sigh of relief, happy that Randy was finally home then groaned softly as she attempted to get off the floor so she could greet Randy.

"Hey you guys." He said, bending down to pull them into a hug when they greeted him. "What are you guys up to? Where's your mom?"

"We're going to paint Max's room." Jake said.

"I think Mommy is still upstairs." Kayla said.

Courtney decided groaned defeatedly as she stayed on the floor and just waited for Randy to come up.

"You two giving her a hard time or were you helping?" He asked, standing up and starting to walk upstairs.

"We've been chasing each other trying to hit each other with paint brushes." Jake said causing Kayla to glare at him.

Randy gave them both a stern look. "Didn't I tell you both to not give your mother a hard time? You know she's going through a lot."
