Courtney shook her head then chuckled softly.

"No, my water broke." Courtney said.

"Oh..oh..OH..." Randy said, helping Courtney back. "Let's get you to the hospital."

Courtney nodded and stood up then rubbed her belly.

"It's about time huh?" Courtney joked.

Courtney gripped onto Randy's hand when she felt a contraction then took deep breathes.

Randy picked up Courtney and walked out of the house. He opened up the door and set her inside. He then ran back to the house and locked the door. He ran back to the car and got inside, before he started it and began to drive to the hospital.

Courtney rubbed her belly as she continued to take deep breathes.

"I'll get us to the hospital as soon as I can." Randy said as he paid attention to the road.

"Okay, the contractions aren't too bad right now so don't rush and get us into an accident." Courtney said.

"I know, I just don't want any of us hurt." Courtney muttered through clenched teeth as she gripped onto Randy's arm.

Randy took a shortcut to the hospital and arrived there ten minutes later. He parked the car and got out, running to the other side to help Courtney.

Courtney slowly got out of the car with a groan then rubbed her belly as she continued her breathing.

Randy helped Courtney to the hospital and got a wheelchair for her. He walked to the nurses station. "My wife's in labor. Can we get her a room?"

The nurse nodded then called for another nurse who escorted them to an elevator that could take them up to the maternity ward.

Courtney gripped onto Randy's hand then pulled him down to her a bit.

"I hope you know this is the last one." Courtney said with a slight glare.

Courtney's eyes narrowed even more as she purposely squeezed Randy's hand harder.

"I'm serious!" Courtney yelled.

Courtney loosened her grip on Randy's hand as the nurse pushed her into a private room. Ten minutes later Courtney was sitting in a hospital bed as a doctor checked her progress.

"Mrs. Orton you're eight centimeters dilated so you shouldn't be too much longer. If you need anything buzz one of the nurses."

Courtney nodded as the doctor left then let out a deep breath as she leaned back against the pillows on her bed.
