Courtney just stared at the ground before she slowly stood up.

"I want to get out of here." Courtney muttered.

Courtney sniffled and wiped a few tears away as she walked to the car. She didn't think she had anymore tears left to cry but she was still very much broken inside.

Randy sighed and followed Courtney to the car. He wished she would just believe him and that he could do something to make her feel better, but he wasn't sure if he could.

Courtney got out of the car then walked into the house. She went into the living room then sat on the couch and just stared at the tv even though it wasn't on.

"But he really just goes out of his way to make sure I know. He told me I was worthless, no man would ever want me, I was a mistake." Courtney said, just naming a few of the things that her dad called her as she tried to not start crying again.
