Session Number One (Jonathan)

"From what you've told me Lucky, none of this is your fault. The cause of the problem seems to be Heath." Jonathan said.

"I still feel like I'm to blame. I feel that I've driven everyone away from me."

"My professional opinion still comes back to Heath. In a situation like this, you have been psychologically traumatized by him."

Lucky nodded, "Nobody believes that though. They think I'm just Playing the victim."

"I think the doctor's opinion matters a little more." Jonathan smiled

"Well you tell that to them, because they don't listen to me."

"Communication problems as well?"

"They don't understand why I'm acting like this. They don't understand how close I am to breaking."

"How do you try to express your points?" Jonathan asked.

"I try telling people and they don't want listen so I hurt myself to get noticed."

"I'll address that problem straight, self harm is not a good method of getting yourself noticed."

"People just frustrate me. I feel I can't express myself enough through words."

"Harming yourself will not solve that."

"I feel as if I need to punish myself for the horrible things I've done."

"The things that you have done are not your fault. You shouldn't feel any need to harm yourself."

"But it makes me mad that I could have controlled myself."

"My findings have shown that no one is really able to control themselves."

"Yes, but people can control themselves to some extent."

"How do you see control? What is control to you?"

"Control is stopping yourself from doing wrong and the ability to know what is right or wrong."

"Some people have better abilities than others."

"And I'm not one of them." She said

"Have you been having any other problems? Insomnia, anxiety?"

"..no.." She lied

Jonathan raised an eyebrow.
"If you have it would be much better to tell me."
