Elle goes back into the kitchen.

"Were they good?" Elle asks.

"Mhm." Anthony says with a smile.

"Well, you're in luck then cause we still have brownie and cupcakes to make." Elle says. "Which means I'm going to need my favorite taste tester."

"Daddy?" Anthony asks.

"No, you sweetie." Elle says, laughing as she grabs the ingredients needed to start making the brownies.

Elle pauses for a moment as she feels a pain shoot through her body, she holds her stomach for a moment.

"Are you okay?" Anthony asks.

"Yeah, I'm fine. I think you're brother is just as excited about this as you are." Elle says, trying to hide the little bit a pain she was feeling by smiling.

Anthony nods his head.

John falls asleep

An Hour Later

"You okay mommy?" Anthony asks, seeing Elle leaning against the counter as she holds on to her stomach.

"Yeah..." Elle says before groaning. "Fine..."

"Mommy." Anthony says starting to get scared.

"Sweetie I'm-." Elle says before keeling over in pain, letting out a loud scream.

Elle falls on to her knees, holding on to her stomach as she's hunched over in pain.

Anthony stares at Elle for a moment before running upstairs.

"Daddy! Mommy's hurt." Anthony says, going into their room and shaking John.

"Where is she?" HE asked

"Kitchen." Anthony says, starting to cry.

Elle lets out another scream as she lies on the floor, unable to move from the pain she was in.

"Its going to be alright Anthony. You go call Auntie Riley and Uncle Evan and Randy and I will go get mommy." He says getting up

Anthony nods his head, sniffling a bit as he grabs John's phone.

John runs downstairs to the kitchen just to find Elle

"Elle baby what's wrong?" He asked

"The baby." Elle says, crying as she holds on to her stomach.

Anthony calls Randy.

"Uncle Randy?" He asks.

"Anthony?" Randy asks.

"Yeah, mommy is hurt badly." Anthony says.

"What's going on?" Randy asks.

"I don't know, just tell Auntie Courtney and Ashley." Anthony says.

"Okay, tell your dad I'll be at the hospital." He says.

"Kay." Anthony says, before calling Riley.

Elle doesn't say anything as she looks down and sees blood.

"No, no..." Elle manages to say, cry harder. "I-I-I think...it's happening again."

"Mommy's hurt." Anthony blurts out.

John looks down and before he says anything he calls 911

"Anthony what's wrong with mommy?" Riley asked

John picks her up and carries her to car he goes back for Anthony

"Anthony buddy."

"Is she okay?" He asks, walking with John to the car.

Anthony nods his head as John puts him in the car, looking over at Elle who was crying.

John pulls into the hospital parking lot

Courtney paced in the lobby of the hospital then looked at Randy.

"I'm so worried about Elle, where is she? She should be here by now." Courtney said as Ashley walked in.

"They just pulled into the parking lot, I saw John's car." Ashley said.

Anthony messes with the car seat, managing to get himself out of it a few moments later.

"You okay mommy?" He asks.

Elle nods her head, letting out another groan she winces as she holds on to her stomach.

"She's going to be fine Court." Randy says.

Randy looks up when he sees Ashley walk into the hospital.

"It took Cena long enough. Where are they?" Randy says, looking around.

"I hope her and the baby will be okay." Courtney said.
