"Oh, wow...uh..." Elle said, kind of speechless for a moment. "...well then, this makes things very, interesting."

"Aha, very." Brandy stopped for a moment in the awkward silence. "So...no offence to you but all to him, is he still the lying, cheating bastard that he was when I left him?" sarcasm and annoyance filled Brandy's voice.

"He was at one point in our relationship, he's hurt me a lot." Elle said. "But we've been in love since we met, so I we've stayed together."

"And I personally want to apologize for the what happened between John and I in the past, I was never with him in that way. We kissed once, but I really had no idea he was married."

"I don't blame you at all...I blame him and every woman he slept with whilst we were married. Do you know what his excuse was? Why he cheated? I was never there! I was always there...he was never there when I needed him!"

"Trust me, Brandy. I know exactly where you're coming from, heard that same excuse as well." Elle said.

"Why do you put up with him? John was the only man who every loved me...then I fell in love with this guy...my co-star...then he got married."

"I used to ask myself the same thing, but I put up with him cause I'm in love with him. I think I'm crazy for it, but there's been chemistry between us since we first met and I can't imagine life without him." Elle said.

"Your co-star got married when you fell in love wit him?" Elle asked.

"I never told him I loved him...and I didn't know he had a girlfriend...I was their bridesmaid."

Elle nodded.

"Do you still love him?" Elle asked.

"I don't know...I don't even know what love is anymore."

"You'll find someone once you figure all this out, you seem like a great person. Maybe you just need some real closure, from both guys." Elle said. "I know when I did that, it helped me be open to love and being in a relationship."

"Or maybe I'm just meant to be alone." Brandy said walking around the room.
"Anyway, enough about my failing love life...were you looking for someone?"

"I don't believe that, you'll find someone." Elle said, reassuringly. "But yeah, I was looking for John, actually."

"He should be in his dressing room...or he's with..." Brandy stopped. Another tear.

"You okay, Brandy?" Elle asked, hugging Brandy to comfort her.

"Sorry...he might be with Ryan...Ryan Addison." Brandy felt herself going "Excuse me." she said before running into her office. She closed the door and broke down crying.

Elle sighed, getting up and going to Brandy's office. She hadn't known her for too long, but was concerned about her.

She got to the door and knocked.

"Brandy, I'm here if you want to talk or anything." Elle said, writing her number on a piece of paper and sliding it under the door.

Brandy was sat on the window sill with a cigarette in her hand.
"Thanks." she cried. "I just wanna be alone at the moment."

"Okay, see or talk to you later then." Elle said before walking down the hallway and heading towards John's locker room.

Brandy picked up her phone and dialled one of her friends.
"Hi Ryan." Brandy cried down the phone.

Ryan answered his phone.
"Hey Brandy. You OK? You seem sad." Ryan said. Ryan was sat in his hotel room alone. He was filming a new series of Buffy and he had left Alana at home. They had been having a few marital problems.

"Yeah I'm fine. How are you I saw something on TV about you and Alana...problems?"

Ryan made sure there was no-one around.
"We've been having a lot of arguments lately...we were thinking about...getting divorced." Ryan whispered.

"What? Really? What problems? Come on Ry you're my best friend, talk to me!"

"Well, I've been workin' away for a bit and I get back, Alana's yelling at me saying she was happier when I was gone so I told her if she wanted me gone, I'd go." Ryan walked onto his balcony and lit a cigarette.
