Mixed Emotions (John/Elle)

"I like to think she has done better than her past relationships." John says

"Which all usually end once she has served her purpose." Michael says, shrugging his shoulders.

"Not us." John says

"Right..." Michael says, taking out a cigarrette and lighting it. "We all know why you really stay around."

"Look I have known her for awhile. We got married before we decided to have kids. I married her because I love her. Nothing or no one is going to change that."

Michael laughs.

"It's funny how you think I was talking about you staying around for the kids." He says, taking a drag of the cigarette.

"I know what you are talking about and its not because of that either."

"Sure it ain't." Michael says. "That's really what she's good at."

"Dont you dare talk about her like that. She means more to me than you will ever know." John says trying to control his temper

"Look, you don't have to act like you care because she's right here. She truly is worthless." Michael says.

John didnt have the chance to reply before his fist connected with Michaels jaw twice knocking him off his feet

"John." Elle says, grabbing on to his arm.

Michael stays on the floor, holding on to his jaw.

John looks at him before moving closer to Elle

"You don't need to go to jail for murder right now, he's not worth it." She says.

John nodded at her still watching Michael

"John look at me." Elle says, noticing Michael starting to get up.

John looked down at her

"Don't do anything stupid." Elle says, looking up at him.

"No, let the big guy hit me again. I can sue his ass for assault, your mother told me he was worth something." Michael says.

John looked between the two of them

"I wont." He says

"Aw, how sweet. You actually listen to her." Michael sarcastically says.

John held onto Elle before he could do something to Michael again

"Let's just get out of here." Elle says, walking past Michael as she continues to hold on to John's hand.

Michael whistles as Elle walks by, staring at her butt.

"My, my Elle. You sure have grown up." He says.

Elle sighs.

John tightens one hand into a fist as they walk out of the room

"Thank you for not going completely off in there." Elle says, kissing his hand as they walk out of the room.

"Your welcome." He says relaxing a bit once they are outside of the room
