Cara sighed as held a notebook in her hands. The handwritten lyrics didn't mean much anymore, but the braille copies attached to tell were the only things linking Cara to her life before MS. Gliding her hands over one over the braille copies she began to sing softly.

Waking up I see that everything is OK
The first time in my life and now it's so great
Slowing down I look around and I am so amazed
I think about the little things that make life great

I wouldn't change a thing about it
This is the best feeling

Courtney heard Cara singing then smiled at she stood at the door of her room.

Cara continued to sing, not knowing Courtney was there.

This innocence is brilliant

Courtney continued to listen.

"You sounded great." Courtney said.

"You.....heard me?" Cara asked.

"Yeah." Courtney said.

Cara blush.

"You were good." Courtney said.

"Thank you," Cara said.

"You're welcome." Courtney said.

Cara smiled.

Courtney smiled back.

"I can't write music anymore," Cara said.

"Why?" Courtney asked.

"I can't see the paper to write anymore," Cara said.

"Oh. I'm sorry." Courtney said.

Cara shrugged.

"I could help you if you want." Courtney said.

"You.....you would do that?" Cara asked.

"Yeah of course." Courtney said with a smile.

Cara smiled back.

"Thanks," Cara said.

"You're welcome. Music is my passion so I definitely would love to help you with your music." Courtney said.

"It used to be mine," Cara said. "Before I found out I had MS."
