Catching Up With Family (Randy/Courtney)

"Sorry, bud. Maybe one day you'll be able to hold this belt yourself." Randy said.

"I'll be a better champ than you." Max said with a small smirk.

"We'll see, Max." Randy said.

"I will be." Max said.

"We'll see. Okay?" Randy said. "You got a lot of time until then."

"Okay." Max said.

Randy walked into the room, grabbing the replica belt off the shelf and handing it to Max.

Max grabbed it then held it close to him.

"Mine." Max said.

Randy chuckled and headed back downstairs.

Max smiled as he stared at the belt.

"You're a cheater!" Jake yelled as he glared at Kayla, after losing a game of basketball.

"No I didn't, you just stink." Kayla said before she stuck her tongue out.

"Hey! You two quit it." Courtney said.

Jake glared at Kayla then threw the ball at her.

"Jake that is enough!" Randy yelled, setting Max down once he got outside. "That was not necessary."

"She started it!" Jake yelled.

Kayla let out a loud scream and grabbed her nose before she started crying.

"Come here sweetie." Courtney said as she picked Kayla up then walked inside.

"You didn't have to throw the ball at her. Look at what you did to her!" Randy said.

"She's fine." Jake muttered.

Courtney sat Kayla on the counter then grabbed a towel and put it on her nose since it started bleeding.

"I...i...is it broken?" Kayla asked as she started to calm down a bit.

"No sweetheart don't worry, you'll be fine. Once it stops bleeding I'll clean you up then you can go play." Courtney said as she rubbed Kayla's back.

"She is not fine, she was crying. You need to go in there and apologize." Randy said.

"Fine." Jake said as he walked inside.

Courtney took another towel and started to wipe the blood off Kayla's face.

"Kayla, I'm sorry I hit you with the ball." Jake said.

"It's okay." Kayla muttered.

Jake opened the freezer then grabbed a popsicle and held it up to Kayla.

Kayla smiled then took it as Jake grabbed another one for himself.

Randy rubbed his temples as he walked inside, glad that they were done fighting.

"Let's get you a Popsicle too, Max." Randy said.

Max nodded with a smile then went to follow Randy but stopped and looked at Elaine and Bob.

"Grandma, grandpa want one?" Max asked.

Courtney picked Kayla up then set her down on the floor before she went over to Randy and kissed him on his cheek.

"I probably don't say it enough but you're an amazing father to our children." Courtney said.

"Sure sweetie." Elaine said.

Bob glanced back at them. "Why not, sure." He said as he got up and went into the kitchen.

Randy looked down at Courtney and smiled. "Well thanks, it's good to hear from time to time."

Max ran into the kitchen and went over to the freezer.

"You're welcome sweetheart and don't wory you'll it more. I promise." Courtney said, smiling back before she went over to the freezer to grab some popsicles.

"Three mommy." Max said.

Courtney nodded.

"Randy do you want one?" Courtney asked as she grabbed a new box of popsicles and opened it.

Randy smiled at Courtney.

"Sure, do we have cherry?" He asked.

Bob and Elaine walked to the kitchen.

"I'll get napkins, I'm sure the kids will make a mess." Elaine said.

"Yep and thanks Elaine." Courtney said as she handed Randy a cherry popsicle before giving Max, Elaine, and Bob popsicles.

She then grabbed a popsicle for herself.

"You're welcome." Elaine said, handing napkins to the kids.

Randy walked with the kids into the living room, talking to Bob.

"So anything with you going on?" Courtney asked.

"Who, babe?" Randy asked.

"I think she was talking to me, Randy." Elaine said.
